Javier L\u00f3pez n&#8217;\u00e9s el xef i ofereix un un viatge sensorial que celebra la gastronomia local. Situat al punt m\u00e9s alt de l&#8217;hotel,&nbsp;<strong>Es Fanals reinventa la cuina mallorquina tradicional amb un toc modern<\/strong>. Inspirat en els llums utilitzats pels pescadors locals, aquest restaurant gastron\u00f2mic, recomanat per la Guia Michelin d&#8217;Espanya, crea una atmosfera de sofisticaci\u00f3 silenciosa. Cada plat \u00e9s una oda al mar ia la terra, perfectament maridat amb vins locals que complementen l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanica proposta culin\u00e0ria&nbsp;<\/strong>que hi podeu trobar,&nbsp;<strong>tamb\u00e9&nbsp;<\/strong>hi ha el&nbsp;<strong>restaurant Cap Roig<\/strong>, amb una impressionant vista sobre el Port de S\u00f3ller, que ofereix una carta en la qual destaquen els musclos amb xampany i herbes fresques, l&#8217;arr\u00f2s de senyoret, l&#8217;espatlla de me feta al forn o el&nbsp;<em>wagyu&nbsp;<\/em>amb t\u00f2fona negra de Mallorca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;oferta gastron\u00f2mica no s&#8217;acaba aqu\u00ed, at\u00e8s que, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 podeu degustar una fusi\u00f3 de cuina japonesa i peruana al restaurant Sunset Lounge.
