el\u00a0<strong>IV Premi Flor d\u2019Ametler al mestre pastisser Pep Trias,<\/strong>\u00a0per contribuir a la divulgaci\u00f3 i al coneixement de l\u2019ametla mallorquina a trav\u00e9s de la rebosteria tradicional.<\/p>\n<p>El Consell de Mallorca i la Indicaci\u00f3 Geogr\u00e0fica Protegida (IGP) han decidit que, en aquesta quarta edici\u00f3, el premi sigui per a Pep Trias, de la Pastisseria Trias del Secar de la Real, \u00abper la seva capacitat de promocionar la qualitat i el gust de l\u2019ametla de Mallorca i convertir-la en ess\u00e8ncia de les seves elaboracions artesanes, com l\u2019aut\u00e8ntic gat\u00f3 d\u2019ametla o la coca de torr\u00f3 d\u2019ametla\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acte de lliurament del premi s\u2019ha celebrat a la finca de Son Blai, a Inca, i hi han assistit nombrosos membres d\u2019entitats i de cooperatives que fomenten el cultiu i consum de l\u2019ametla de Mallorca, aix\u00ed com representants de les diferents institucions de les Illes.<\/p>\n<p>En el seu discurs, el president Galm\u00e9s s\u2019ha referit a l\u2019ametla de Mallorca com un \u00abproducte excel\u00b7lent i fonamental de la nostra cultura culin\u00e0ria, que el guardonat d\u2019enguany, Pep Trias, utilitza en les seves elaboracions artesanals que formen part de la nostra tradici\u00f3 i gastronomia\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abA m\u00e9s de representar una preciosa estampa en aquestes dates, la que ens ofereix el paisatge de l\u2019illa amb els ametlers en flor, l\u2019ametla mallorquina \u00e9s un producte d\u2019excel\u00b7lents qualitats nutricionals i saludables\u00bb, ha afegit Lloren\u00e7 Galm\u00e9s, el qual ha remarcat el paper destacat que t\u00e9 aquest ingredient \u00aben la nostra cultura culin\u00e0ria i, molt especialment, en la nostra fant\u00e0stica rebosteria\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, Lloren\u00e7 Galm\u00e9s ha afirmat que \u00abdes del Consell de Mallorca tenim molt clar que la preservaci\u00f3 del cultiu i de l\u2019agricultura local \u00e9s fonamental i, per aix\u00f2, enguany hem incrementat un 50 % la partida destinada a la promoci\u00f3 del producte local, a fi d\u2019aconseguir arribar a m\u00e9s beneficiaris, incrementar la visibilitat i el reconeixement del producte de proximitat i fomentar-ne el consum\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Promoci\u00f3 del producte de Mallorca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per part seva, la consellera de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica i Desenvolupament Local, Pilar Amate, s\u2019ha referit a la satisfacci\u00f3 que representa atorgar el premi a un reboster que \u00absempre ha demostrat el seu comprom\u00eds ferm amb l\u2019ametla de Mallorca, que empra per elaborar els seus dol\u00e7os artesans i contribueix de manera molt activa a promocionar el producte local i, en definitiva, a preservar el receptari tradicional\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Han assistit a l\u2019acte el director general de Qualitat Aliment\u00e0ria i Producte Local del Govern de les Balears, Joan Llabr\u00e9s; el director de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica i Producte de Mallorca, \u00c1lvaro Roca, i el president del Consell Regulador de la IGP Ametlla de Mallorca, Miquel Riera, entre altres representants d\u2019entitats agr\u00e0ries i marques de qualitat.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s del lliurament del guard\u00f3, s\u2019ha servit un c\u00e0tering d\u2019economia social, amb una degustaci\u00f3 de productes elaborats amb ametles de la IGP de Mallorca i, com a colof\u00f3, s\u2019ha oferit gat\u00f3 d\u2019ametla de la Pastisseria Trias.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta edici\u00f3, l\u2019obsequi \u00e9s obra de l\u2019artesana Mar\u00eda Obando Olar\u00e1n, que ha utilitzat llana d\u2019ovella de la possessi\u00f3 de ses Cabanasses, de Petra, per crear una flor d\u2019ametller que es lliura dins d&#8217;una cistella de palma feta a m\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest premi, que lliura cada any la Indicaci\u00f3 Geogr\u00e0fica Protegida (IGP) Ametlla de Mallorca i el Consell de Mallorca, reconeix persones o entitats que han duit a terme al llarg de la seva traject\u00f2ria iniciatives o actuacions que afavoreixen la difusi\u00f3 d\u2019aquest
