Tot i que les plantes silvestres comestibles fa segles que es consumeixen, en molts casos i fins i tot per les esp\u00e8cies m\u00e9s habituals, no estan reconegudes legalment com a aliments. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s simplement perqu\u00e8 ning\u00fa no havia fet els tr\u00e0mits necessaris perqu\u00e8 fossin reconegudes com a tal, i \u00e9s un greu problema perqu\u00e8 puguin ser part dels sistemes alimentaris amb normalitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fa m\u00e9s d&#8217;un any que Eixarcolant va comen\u00e7ar a treballar per revertir aquesta anomalia, i ara se&#8217;n recullen els primers fruits, que beneficiaran a tots els habitants de la Uni\u00f3 Europea, \u00e9s a dir, m\u00e9s de 440 milions de persones.&nbsp; L&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Espanyola de Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria i Nutrici\u00f3 (AESAN), en coordinaci\u00f3 amb les ag\u00e8ncies equivalents dels 27 estats membres de la Uni\u00f3 Europea, ha reconegut les primeres 5 esp\u00e8cies silvestres per les quals Eixarcolant va presentar sol\u00b7licitud com a aliments de ple dret. Gr\u00e0cies als estudis etnobot\u00e0nics publicats en \u00e0mbit catal\u00e0, estatal i europeu han pogut acreditar que tradicionalment havien estat consumides com a aliments, i que per tant menjar-ne \u00e9s totalment segur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb el consens de tots els estats membres de la Uni\u00f3 Europea, es conclou que&nbsp;<em>Malva sylvestris<\/em>&nbsp;(<strong>malva major<\/strong>),<em>&nbsp;Scolymus hispanicus<\/em>&nbsp;(<strong>cardellet<\/strong>),&nbsp;<em>Silene vulgaris<\/em>&nbsp;(<strong>colitx<\/strong>),&nbsp;<em>Sonchus oleraceus&nbsp;<\/em>(<strong>llets\u00f3<\/strong>) i&nbsp;<em>Urtica urens<\/em>&nbsp;(<strong>ortiga<\/strong>) no s\u00f3n un un nou aliment, sin\u00f3 un aliment amb hist\u00f2ria que pot ser consumit i comercialitzat amb total normalitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir d\u2019ara, podran circular per les cuines i mercats amb total legalitat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Els fruits, fulles i flors de la malva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les fulles i tiges tendres dels colitxos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El pec\u00edol i nervi central de les fulles basals del cardellet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les fulles i tiges del llets\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les fulles de l\u2019ortiga menuda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s Eixarcolant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eixarcolant&nbsp;un col\u00b7lectiu de persones de Jorba (Catalunya), que treballa per&nbsp;<strong>fomentar un model de producci\u00f3, distribuci\u00f3, consum d\u2019aliments i desenvolupament socioecon\u00f2mic m\u00e9s sostenible, \u00e8tic i just<\/strong>. Per fer-ho, se centren en la recuperaci\u00f3 de llavors d\u2019esp\u00e8cies silvestres comestibles i les varietats agr\u00edcoles tradicionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
