{"id":101412,"date":"2025-05-14T08:51:05","date_gmt":"2025-05-14T06:51:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/alarma-al-sector-de-restauracio-de-mallorca-davant-la-caiguda-de-facturacio-dun-20-el-primer-trimestre-de-lany"},"modified":"2026-04-12T19:41:29","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T17:41:29","slug":"alarma-al-sector-de-restauracio-de-mallorca-davant-la-caiguda-de-facturacio-dun-20-el-primer-trimestre-de-lany","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/alarma-al-sector-de-restauracio-de-mallorca-davant-la-caiguda-de-facturacio-dun-20-el-primer-trimestre-de-lany","title":{"rendered":"Alarma al sector de restauraci\u00f3 de Mallorca davant la caiguda de facturaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un 20% el primer trimestre de l&#8217;any"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El sector de la restauraci\u00f3 a Mallorca ha enc\u00e8s les alarmes despr\u00e9s de registrar una caiguda generalitzada d&#8217;ingressos de prop del 20% durant el primer trimestre de l&#8217;any respecte al mateix per\u00edode de l&#8217;any anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Segons dades aportades per Restauraci\u00f3 CAEB, els descensos d&#8217;ingressos oscil\u00b7lent entre el 10% i el 20% a certes zones de Mallorca com, per exemple, Port de Pollen\u00e7a i Platja de Palma, exceptuant algunes zones espec\u00edfiques com Portixol i Pla\u00e7a d&#8217;Espanya de Palma que han aconseguit mantenir, i fins i tot incrementar, la seva facturaci\u00f3 respecte al mateix per\u00edode de l&#8217;any anterior.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>president de Restauraci\u00f3 CAEB, Juan Miguel Ferrer<\/strong>, adverteix que aquests resultats s\u00f3n un indicador d&#8217;alarma econ\u00f2mica, at\u00e8s que \u201cla restauraci\u00f3 \u00e9s el primer term\u00f2metre econ\u00f2mic de Mallorca i si al nostre sector disminueix la despesa, inevitablement afectar\u00e0 tota la cadena econ\u00f2mica local\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quan els turistes, visitants i residents &#8220;redueixen el consum en restaurants i cafeteries, significa que tamb\u00e9 reduiran les seves despeses en el comer\u00e7, el lleure i els serveis i aix\u00f2 pot anticipar un efecte en cadena preocupant<\/strong>\u201d, explica Ferrer.<\/p>\n<p>La baixada generalitzada en la despesa mitjana per client, tant estatal com estranger, \u00e9s especialment cridanera davant les dades macroecon\u00f2miques publicades fins ara, concretament que les Illes Balears ha batut r\u00e8cord de turistes rebuts durant el primer trimestre de l&#8217;any, amb devers un mili\u00f3 tres-centes mil persones.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes\u00a0<strong>xifres contrasten<\/strong>, insisteix Juan Miguel Ferrer, &#8220;amb la realitat que vivim al carrer i als negocis ja que, malgrat que davant aquests n\u00fameros sembla que les Illes comencen el 2025 batent r\u00e8cords, la veritat \u00e9s que quant a despesa es refereix no s&#8217;est\u00e0 percebent a l&#8217;al\u00e7a, sin\u00f3 tot al contrari, a la baixa. Tenim m\u00e9s gent que gasta menys sembla ser&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Els\u00a0<strong>carrers poden estar plens, els creuers arribant i els hotels complets, per\u00f2 el que realment importa \u00e9s el nivell de despesa i lamentablement est\u00e0 disminuint<\/strong>&#8220;, puntualitza Ferrer.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, Restauraci\u00f3 CAEB assenyala que<strong>\u00a0les zones del Portixol i especialment la Pla\u00e7a d&#8217;Espanya a Palma estan aconseguint superar aquesta situaci\u00f3<\/strong>, i mostren increments notables a la facturaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas espec\u00edfic de la Pla\u00e7a d&#8217;Espanya, l&#8217;associaci\u00f3 atribueix aquesta millora directament a l&#8217;impuls i les accions empreses per l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma que cal recordar que des de l&#8217;any passat executa obres de\u00a0<strong>renovaci\u00f3 urbana i dinamitzaci\u00f3 comercial en una zona hist\u00f2ricament marginada<\/strong>. &#8220;Gr\u00e0cies a aquesta intervenci\u00f3 del consistori, els negocis han aconseguit no sols sobreviure, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 millorar-ne els resultats respecte a anys anteriors&#8221;, destaca el president de l&#8217;associaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, a la resta de Palma i a la resta de les zones de Mallorca, la situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s negativa. &#8220;Fins i tot en \u00e0rees que hist\u00f2ricament presentaven xifres molt positives, aquest any observam descensos del 10% o m\u00e9s&#8221;, afirma Ferrer.<\/p>\n<p>A aquesta realitat se suma la cont\u00ednua<strong>\u00a0escalada en els costos de les primeres mat\u00e8ries<\/strong>, una situaci\u00f3 que estreny els marges operatius i podria afectar greument la rendibilitat final del sector durant la resta de l&#8217;any.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Cal prendre consci\u00e8ncia d&#8217;aquesta situaci\u00f3 i posar en marxa mesures que permetin revertir aquesta tend\u00e8ncia. Mallorca no es pot permetre que un dels seus motors econ\u00f2mics m\u00e9s visibles comenci a disminuir la facturaci\u00f3 ja que d&#8217;aquest sector depenen milers i milers de llocs de treballs i
