La cita s&#8217;inspira en el festival de l&#8217;hotel Reid&#8217;s Palace de Madeira, que tamb\u00e9 pertany a Belmond, que se celebra exitosament de sis anys en\u00e7\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta primera edici\u00f3 de &#8216;The Art of Flavors&#8217; a Mallorca posar\u00e0 en valor el\u00a0 fascinant patrimoni culinari de l\u2019illa: un tap\u00eds teixit amb paisatges espectaculars, la riquesa mediterr\u00e0nia i segles d\u2019influ\u00e8ncia cultural.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sopar d&#8217;estrelles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El 3 d\u2019octubre, les celebracions comen\u00e7aran al vespre amb un exquisit sopar d\u2019estrelles de sis plats, que reunir\u00e0 dos xefs amb estrelles Michelin de propietats Belmond i tres xefs al capdavant de distingits restaurants de la pen\u00ednsula ib\u00e8rica i Mallorca. Aquests grans noms s\u2019uniran a Pablo Aranda, cap de cuina del restaurant El Olivo, l\u2019aclamat restaurant gastron\u00f2mic de La Residencia, per crear una experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica inoblidable que combina una cuina excepcional amb un entorn m\u00e0gic, amb vistes encisadores i panor\u00e0miques a l\u2019encantador poble de Dei\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Els cuiners que hi participaran s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Luke Selby<\/strong>, xef principal de Le Manoir aux Quat\u2019Saisons, un hotel Belmond a Oxfordshire. Conegut pel seu enfocament innovador i refinat de la cuina brit\u00e0nica moderna, aporta una \u00e0mplia experi\u00e8ncia en cuines amb estrelles Michelin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jos\u00e9 Diogo Costa<\/strong>, xef executiu de Reid\u2019s Palace, on ha mantingut l\u2019estatus d\u2019estrella Michelin al restaurant William durant dos anys consecutius. Combina magistralment els sabors tradicionals portuguesos amb t\u00e8cniques contempor\u00e0nies, creant experi\u00e8ncies gastron\u00f2miques memorables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pedro Aguilera<\/strong>, qui dirigeix Mes\u00f3n Sabor Andaluz, un restaurant familiar amb estrella Michelin a Cadis. \u00c9s reconegut pel seu comprom\u00eds amb la promoci\u00f3 de productes locals i ecol\u00f2gics que copsen l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia de la Serra de Cadis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miguel Ca\u00f1o<\/strong>, qui desplega la seva m\u00e0gia a Nublo, un restaurant amb una estrella Michelin a la Rioja. La seva cuina es centra en elaboracions amb llenya i els excepcionals ingredients locals de la regi\u00f3, que reflecteix una profunda connexi\u00f3 amb la seva terra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Santi Taura<\/strong>, l\u2019innovador xef del restaurant Dins, a Palma, conegut per reinventar la cuina tradicional mallorquina. El seu restaurant, distingit amb una estrella Michelin, ofereix una experi\u00e8ncia culin\u00e0ria personal, en la qual prioritza ingredients locals i de temporada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pablo Aranda<\/strong>, el prestigi\u00f3s xef d\u2019El Olivo, l\u2019aclamat restaurant d\u2019alta cuina de La Residencia.
