{"id":103087,"date":"2025-11-17T08:38:47","date_gmt":"2025-11-17T07:38:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/es-constitueix-lacademia-de-la-cuina-del-vi-i-de-la-gastronomia-de-les-illes-balears"},"modified":"2026-04-12T20:29:31","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T18:29:31","slug":"es-constitueix-lacademia-de-la-cuina-del-vi-i-de-la-gastronomia-de-les-illes-balears-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/es-constitueix-lacademia-de-la-cuina-del-vi-i-de-la-gastronomia-de-les-illes-balears-2","title":{"rendered":"Es constitueix l&#8217;Acad\u00e8mia de la Cuina, del Vi i de la Gastronomia de les Illes Balears"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Despr\u00e9s de 7 anys de feina, finalment aquest mes de novembre s&#8217;ha constitu\u00eft oficialment l&#8217;<strong>Acad\u00e8mia de la Cuina, del Vi i de la Gastronomia de les Illes Balears<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta entitat t\u00e9 com a missi\u00f3 principal\u00a0<strong>assessorar el Govern i els organismes p\u00fablics de les Illes Balears i Piti\u00fcses en mat\u00e8ria gastron\u00f2mica.<\/strong>\u00a0La seva creaci\u00f3 va ser formalitzada el 13 de juny passat mitjan\u00e7ant el decret 23\/2025 em\u00e8s pel Govern de les Illes Balears i la creaci\u00f3 de la junta directiva ha tengut lloc el 14 de novembre de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Els\u00a0<strong>objectius\u00a0<\/strong>fonamentals de l\u2019acad\u00e8mia impliquen l\u2019estudi, la investigaci\u00f3, l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3, la defensa, la codificaci\u00f3, la preservaci\u00f3 i la divulgaci\u00f3 de la cuina tradicional de les Illes Balears aix\u00ed com dels seus vins.<\/p>\n<p>La<strong>\u00a0junta directiva\u00a0<\/strong>est\u00e0 formada per\u00a0<strong>Gabriel Morell<\/strong>\u00a0com a president,\u00a0<strong>Josep Llu\u00eds Roses\u00a0<\/strong>com a vicepresident,\u00a0<strong>Antoni X. Darder<\/strong>\u00a0com a secretari,\u00a0<strong>Pere Gual de Torrella<\/strong>\u00a0com a tresorer, i com a vocals\u00a0<strong>Ant\u00f2nia M. Torres<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Julio Mart\u00ednez-Almoyna<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Luis Fidalgo<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0Antoni Juaneda<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Maria Jos\u00e9 Amengual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta nova entitat de refer\u00e8ncia es pot considerar una<strong>\u00a0evoluci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Acad\u00e8mia de la Cuina i del Vi de Mallorca<\/strong>, una associaci\u00f3 sense \u00e0nim de lucre creada\u00a0fundada per\u00a0<strong>Guillem Puerto<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Pep Sans<\/strong>\u00a0l&#8217;any\u00a0<strong>1986<\/strong>, que s&#8217;ha dedicat -i ho continuar\u00e0 fent- a\u00a0mantenir viu el patrimoni culinari de Mallorca, at\u00e8s que els seus membres han cuinat durant gaireb\u00e9 quatre d\u00e8cades un total de 1.500 receptes tradicionals acompanyades de vi, unes elaboracions que s&#8217;han publicat com a llibres, en qu\u00e8 expliquen pas a pas la preparaci\u00f3 de cada plat adaptat al temps actual.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gabriel Morell n&#8217;\u00e9s el president i Josep Llu\u00eds Roses, el vicepresident<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":103089,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[692,955],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2053],"class_list":["post-103087","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat","category-reportatges-i-novetats"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
