El motiu \u00e9s que a partir del 12 d\u2019agost de 2026, els cl\u00e0ssics sobrets monodosi que hi ha damunt de qualsevol barra \u2014des de sucre o la sal fins al\u00a0qu\u00e8txup, la maionesa, el vinagre o la mantega\u2014 no es podran usar a bars, cafeteries, restaurants i hotels.<\/p>\n<p>La normativa comunit\u00e0ria far\u00e0 que el sector HORECA (hostaleria, restauraci\u00f3 i c\u00e0tering) hagi de substituir aquest tipus de formats d\u2019un sol \u00fas per\u00a0<strong>alternatives m\u00e9s sostenibles<\/strong>, amb l\u2019objectiu de retallar de manera dr\u00e0stica la quantitat de residus de pl\u00e0stic i paper que generen cada dia.<\/p>\n<p>Les Illes Balears han estat pioneres a la Uni\u00f3 Europea en aquest aspecte, at\u00e8s que l&#8217;any 2019 el Parlament va aprovar la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.caib.cat\/sites\/institutestudisautonomics\/f\/348343\">Llei de Residus<\/a>\u00a0que prohibia l&#8217;\u00fas de productes d&#8217;un sol \u00fas, com ara canyetes, bosses o palanganes per empaquetar.<\/p>\n<p>Ara, la mesura s\u2019emmarca en el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A02025R0040-20250122\">Reglament Europeu 2025\/40<\/a>, un nou marc legal que\u00a0<strong>vol reduir la depend\u00e8ncia dels envasos individuals i avan\u00e7ar cap a models de servei basats en productes a granel, sistemes recarregables o envasos reutilitzables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Brussel\u00b7les considera que aquests petits sobres, aparentment innocus, suposen un volum considerable de deixalles acumulades i que existeixen alternatives t\u00e8cniques suficients per prescindir-ne sense afectar el servei al client.<\/p>\n<p>Per als establiments,\u00a0<strong>el canvi implicar\u00e0 repensar h\u00e0bits molt arrelats: hauran de revisar com ofereixen condiments i complements, invertir en nous dispensadors o recipients i adaptar protocols d\u2019higiene i autoservei<\/strong>. Alhora, la Comissi\u00f3 Europea defensa que, a mitj\u00e0 termini, la reducci\u00f3 d\u2019envasos d\u2019un sol \u00fas pot comportar estalvi en compres, simplificaci\u00f3 en la gesti\u00f3 de residus i una millor imatge ambiental davant d\u2019una clientela cada vegada m\u00e9s sensible a la sostenibilitat.<\/p>\n<p>Els envasos que es podran usar hauran d&#8217;estar fets de\u00a0<strong>materials reciclables<\/strong>; de manera que es prohibeixen els pl\u00e0stics d&#8217;un sol \u00fas, els que continguin subst\u00e0ncies perfluorollogats i polifluorollogats (PFAS), i aquells amb Bisfenol A (BPA) o metalls pesants com plom, cadmi i mercuri.\u00a0La normativa estableix que\u00a0<strong>un material \u00e9s reciclable quan permet obtenir mat\u00e8ries primeres secund\u00e0ries de qualitat suficient per substituir les mat\u00e8ries primeres verges<\/strong>.
