Sucs de fruita comercials<br \/>\n<\/strong>Molts sucs de fruita s\u00f3n anunciats com a fonts naturals de vitamines. Tot i aix\u00f2, contenen grans quantitats de sucre i no aporten la fibra de la fruita sencera. Millor menjar la fruita sencera o preparar sucs casolans sense afegir sucre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Barres de cereals i\u00a0<em>snacks\u00a0<\/em>energ\u00e8tics<br \/>\n<\/strong>S\u00f3n presentades com a opcions saludables per esmorzars r\u00e0pids o snacks, per\u00f2 moltes contenen sucre, xarop de glucosa i greixos processats. Llegeix b\u00e9 les etiquetes i, si \u00e9s possible, prepara barres casolanes amb civada, fruits secs i fruita deshidratada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Begudes\u00a0<em>light<\/em>\u00a0o sense sucre<br \/>\n<\/strong>Tot i que no contenen sucre, poden portar edulcorants artificials i altres additius que afecten la microbiota intestinal i la sensaci\u00f3 de gana. Tria productes amb un alt percentatge de cereals integrals i sense ingredients artificials.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Fruits secs salats o amb cobertura<br \/>\n<\/strong>Els fruits secs s\u00f3n saludables en moderaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 les versions amb sal, xocolata o sucre afegit augmenten molt les calories i el sodi. Consumeix fruits secs naturals i sense sal com a snack habitual.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Begudes vegetals\u00a0<em>light<\/em>\u00a0o aromatitzades<br \/>\n<\/strong>Algunes begudes de civada, soja o ametlla poden tenir molt sucre afegit i poc contingut nutritiu, malgrat la imatge saludable.
