En aquesta edici\u00f3, els reconeixements han estat per a&nbsp;<strong>Alberto Chicote<\/strong>&nbsp;i<strong>&nbsp;Rodrigo de la Calle<\/strong>, en la categoria de Cuina Emblem\u00e0tica;&nbsp;<strong>Guillermo Soler<\/strong>&nbsp;(<em>Willy<\/em>), en la categoria de Periodisme i Cultura;&nbsp;<strong>Pau Llull&nbsp;<\/strong>(Forn Fondo), com a Producte Emblem\u00e0tic; la&nbsp;<strong>Fam\u00edlia Amengual<\/strong>&nbsp;(Hotel Pure Salt Port Adriano), a Comprom\u00eds Hoteler; i&nbsp;<strong>Ramon S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>&nbsp;(Bar Ven\u00e8cia), a Cuina Popular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, es va lliurar un reconeixement p\u00f2stum a la categoria de Cocteleria i Experi\u00e8ncia Bar&nbsp;<strong>a Rafa Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, fundador d&#8217;El Barito, per la seva contribuci\u00f3 a l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de la cocteleria a Mallorca i per haver estat una figura clau en la dignificaci\u00f3 del bar com a espai d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia, creativitat i trobada social. Tamb\u00e9 han estat reconeguts<strong>&nbsp;Isaac S\u00e1nchez Mart\u00edn<\/strong>&nbsp;(S\u00e1nchez Alimentaci\u00f3n), a Desenvolupament i Distribuci\u00f3; l&#8217;<strong>EHIB<\/strong>, a Tasca Formativa; i l&#8217;<strong>Associaci\u00f3 de Restauraci\u00f3 de CAEB<\/strong>, que ha recaigut al seu fundador,&nbsp;<strong>Toni Ferrer<\/strong>, pel Comprom\u00eds amb la Restauraci\u00f3. La distinci\u00f3 Horeca 2025 ha estat lliurada a&nbsp;<strong>Antoni Pinya<\/strong>, en reconeixement a la seva traject\u00f2ria professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premiats als concursos han estat els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El VI Concurs&nbsp;<strong>Millor T\u00e0rtar Gurmet<\/strong>, patrocinat per Juvimar, ha estat per a&nbsp;<strong>Sergio Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, del restaurant&nbsp;<strong>2 N\u00f3madas Fusi\u00f3n Food<\/strong>, amb la proposta T\u00e0rtar N\u00f2mada Mar &amp; Terra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El IV Concurs&nbsp;<strong>Millor Pizza Gurmet<\/strong>, patrocinat per 5 Stagioni, ha estat per a&nbsp;<strong>Stanislao Valente<\/strong>, del&nbsp;<strong>restaurant Annabel<\/strong>, amb la pizza hom\u00f2nima del restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El VII Concurs&nbsp;<strong>Millor Entrep\u00e0 Gurmet<\/strong>, patrocinat per Delicy, Hellmann&#8217;s i Vandemoortele, ha estat per a&nbsp;<strong>Sebastian Marincovic<\/strong>, del
