En segona posici\u00f3, ha quedat la panada de me de Mallorca del&nbsp;<strong>Fornet de la Soca, de Palma<\/strong>, i en tercera posici\u00f3, la panada de me de Mallorca del&nbsp;<strong>forn Can Rafel, de B\u00fage<\/strong>r. En aquesta primera edici\u00f3 del concurs de panades de me de Mallorca han participat un total de 20 forns i pastisseries de l\u2019illa.<br><br>La consellera d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3, Mae de la Concha, ha destacat que \u00abla participaci\u00f3 i el nivell del concurs ha estat molt alta, amb un element com\u00fa, com \u00e9s el me de Mallorca, un producte de m\u00e0xima qualitat que tenim a l\u2019illa i que \u00e9s tan caracter\u00edstic de Pasqua\u00bb. L\u2019objectiu del concurs \u00e9s triple: \u00abpromocionar el me de Mallorca, la rebosteria tradicional de Pasqua i posar en valor el col\u00b7lectiu de forners i pastissers de l\u2019illa\u00bb, ha destacat. \u00abLa millor defensa \u00e9s un rebost ple\u00bb, ha concl\u00f2s la consellera.<br><br>Cada participant ha lliurat sis exemplars d\u2019una panada, d\u2019un m\u00ednim de 10 cent\u00edmetres de di\u00e0metre i d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 tradicional amb producte 100% local i amb carn de me de Mallorca, tot i que s\u2019hi podien afegir altres ingredients.<br><br>El&nbsp;<strong>jurat&nbsp;<\/strong>ha tingut<strong>&nbsp;en compte el gust, la presentaci\u00f3, la qualitat de la pasta<\/strong>, la&nbsp;<strong>qualitat del farcit&nbsp;<\/strong>i la&nbsp;<strong>mat\u00e8ria primera emprada de proced\u00e8ncia local<\/strong>. Els tres primers premis han rebut un val per a la compra de carn de me i farina de Mallorca, valorat en 900, 300 i 200 euros, respectivament. Tots els participants han rebut un diploma i una senalla de producte local agroalimentari.<br><br>Els forns i pastisseries de Palma que han participat en aquest concurs s\u00f3n: el Fornet de la Soca, la pastisseria Ca na Cati, la pastisseria Real, la pastisseria \u00c1ngel, el forn Fornaris, el forn i pastisseria Garau, la pastisseria Forn Fondo, el forn i pastisseria Tr\u00edas, el forn Santo Cristo, el Forn de la Gl\u00f2ria i el forn de pa i pastisseria Ca sa Camena i Dulcel\u00edaco. Tamb\u00e9 hi han participat el Forn des Pla de na Tesa, de Marratx\u00ed; el forn de Ca n\u2019Amer, de Sant Lloren\u00e7 i la pastisseria Ramis, de Manacor; el forn i pastisseria Gelabert de Llub\u00ed; el forn Can Pau, de Llucmajor; el forn i pastisseria Benet Bar\u00f3n de Porreres; la pastisseria Pomar de Campos, el forn Can Rafel de B\u00fager, i el forn de Can Cerd\u00e0, de
