L&#8217;establiment fa 45 anys que funciona i durant aquestes quatre d\u00e8cades ha donat de dinar i de sopar a clients locals i a turistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualment, Cel Blau est\u00e0 regentat pels&nbsp;<strong>germans Diego i Ramon Sierra<\/strong>&nbsp;que fa devers una d\u00e8cada varen apostar per les hamburgueses com a reclam culinari, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una reforma del local. De fet, amb la cuinera&nbsp;<strong>Susana Muntaner<\/strong>&nbsp;varen ser aconseguir situar la seva&nbsp;<strong>hamburguesa<\/strong>, batiada amb el nom de&nbsp;<strong>Malamadre<\/strong>, com una de les 15 millors de tot l&#8217;Estat espanyol el postpassat mes de mar\u00e7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els creadors de Cel Blau varen ser&nbsp;<strong>Antonio y Consuelo<\/strong>, pares de Diego i Ramon, que varen obrir el negoci l&#8217;any&nbsp;<strong>1984&nbsp;<\/strong>per oferir-hi paelles, fritures, plats de carn i de peix.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons expliquen a trav\u00e9s de les xarxes socials els propietaris de l&#8217;hamburgueseria Cel Blau, el restaurant&nbsp;<strong>tancar\u00e0 les portes el mes de novembre<\/strong>&nbsp;perqu\u00e8 la propietat del local ha decidit recuperar-ne l&#8217;\u00fas i &#8220;tot i que [la decisi\u00f3] els fa mal, l&#8217;accepten amb respecte i amb la tranquil\u00b7litat d&#8217;haver-ho donat tot&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, en la nota&nbsp;<strong>no tanquen la porta d&#8217;obrir el negoci en una nova ubicaci\u00f3<\/strong>.
