La gran novetat d\u2019aquesta edici\u00f3 \u00e9s el llan\u00e7ament del documental i el receptari<em>&nbsp;Sardina de Mallorca: el tresor desconegut<\/em>, dues eines clau per reivindicar aquest peix blau a la cuina de l&#8217;illa. La cita que se celebrar\u00e0 del 14 al 17 de maig al Moll de Pescadors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb aquesta iniciativa se cerca treure de l\u2019oblit un peix de proximitat, saludable i sostenible. El receptari, elaborat en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l\u2019Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears (EHIB), proposa f\u00f3rmules que van des de la cuina m\u00e9s tradicional fins a propostes d&#8217;autor, mentre que el documental reivindica la cultura marinera i la feina de la flota local. De fet, el nou receptari proposa diverses maneres d\u2019introduir la sardina als fogons dom\u00e8stics i professionals, mentre que la pe\u00e7a audiovisual n\u2019explora el vincle amb la tradici\u00f3 pesquera local.<br><br>La fira consolida aix\u00ed el seu paper com a plataforma per redescobrir els productes de la mar, recordant-nos que, de vegades, els millors tresors s\u00f3n els
