{"id":104857,"date":"2026-05-25T09:51:46","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T07:51:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=104857"},"modified":"2026-05-25T10:03:55","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T08:03:55","slug":"els-cellers-solivaret-i-can-axartell-acullen-els-maridatges-de-vi-i-opera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/els-cellers-solivaret-i-can-axartell-acullen-els-maridatges-de-vi-i-opera","title":{"rendered":"Els cellers S&#8217;Olivaret i Can Axartell acullen els maridatges de vi i \u00f2pera"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La l\u00edrica i la gastronomia mallorquina en forma de copa es donen la m\u00e0 als primers&nbsp;<strong>Maridatges de Vi i \u00d2pera<\/strong>&nbsp;de la temporada del 8\u00e8 Festival Mallorc\u00f2pera.<br><br>Un recital de joves promeses del cant i el vi de dues grans bodegues de l\u00b4illa tornaran a compartir escenari aquest mes de juny a una de les propostes m\u00e9s exitoses del conegut Festival on es combina patrimoni, paisatge, gastronomia i m\u00fasica en directe en alguns dels entorns vitivin\u00edcoles m\u00e9s singulars de Mallorca<br><br>Com a&nbsp;<strong>protagonistes&nbsp;<\/strong>del recital, les joves&nbsp;<strong>sopranos Nadia Aka\u00e2rir i Raquel Llera, acompanyades al piano pel veter\u00e0 Francesc Blanco&nbsp;<\/strong>on sonaran conegudes \u00e0ries, can\u00e7ons i duets.<br><br>El primer dels concerts tindr\u00e0 lloc el<strong>&nbsp;5 de juny a les 20 h a S\u2019Olivaret Vins i Vinye<\/strong>s, coincidint amb el Dia Mundial del Medi Ambient. La vetllada unir\u00e0 un recital l\u00edric amb un tast de vins de la mateixa bodega, en un entorn marcat pel paisatge de la Serra de Tramuntana i la connexi\u00f3 amb la terra i el territori.<br><br>La segona cita ser\u00e0 el<strong>&nbsp;6 de juny a les 19 h a la Fundaci\u00f3 Dion\u00eds Benn\u00e0ssar amb tast de vins del celler Can Axartell<\/strong>, un espai conegut per la seva arquitectura integrada dins el paisatge i per la seva aposta per una elaboraci\u00f3 de vi respectuosa amb l\u2019entorn. Igualment, el concert anir\u00e0 acompanyat d\u2019un tast de vins de la bodega.<br><br>Aquest format de maridatge proposa una&nbsp;<strong>experi\u00e8ncia sensorial que va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del concert tradicional<\/strong>: la proximitat de les veus, la calidesa del piano i l\u2019atmosfera de les bodegues creen una experi\u00e8ncia \u00edntima on m\u00fasica i vi dialoguen de manera natural.
