En aquesta proposta singular, cada parada del trajecte es convertir\u00e0 en l&#8217;escenari d&#8217;un plat que formar\u00e0 part d&#8217;una experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica \u00fanica sobre rails.<br><br>L&#8217;esdeveniment tindr\u00e0 lloc el proper&nbsp;<strong>divendres 5 de juny de 2026, a les 19.00 hores<\/strong>, amb sortida des de l&#8217;estaci\u00f3 de Palma, i estar\u00e0 liderat per dos dels xefs m\u00e9s destacats del panorama balear actual. Per una banda,&nbsp;<strong>Santi Taur<\/strong>a, al capdavant del&nbsp;<strong>restaurant Dins&nbsp;<\/strong>(guardonat amb una estrella Michelin), i per l&#8217;altra,&nbsp;<strong>Javier Hoebeeck<\/strong>, que actualment comanda els fogons del Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor.<br><br>Tots dos cuiners dissenyaran un r<strong>ecorregut culinari inspirat en la hist\u00f2ria d&#8217;aquest tren i en el paper fonamental que ha tingut a l&#8217;illa<\/strong>&nbsp;al llarg de m\u00e9s d&#8217;un segle, amb aclucades d&#8217;ull al seu trajecte original i a la seva evoluci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia inclour\u00e0 un maridatge selecte i diverses sorpreses que s&#8217;aniran desvelant al llarg del viatge.<br><br>La proposta s&#8217;ha c<strong>oncebut per a un grup molt redu\u00eft de tan sols 55 comensals<\/strong>, fet que garanteix un format exclusiu, \u00edntim i altament personalitzat.<br><br>Aquesta iniciativa neix de la visi\u00f3 de&nbsp;<strong>Joan Arnau, empresari mallorqu\u00ed i gerent de Gastroevents Balears, amb motiu del des\u00e8 aniversari de la firma<\/strong>. La companyia, especialitzada en la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncies gastron\u00f2miques d&#8217;alt nivell creatiu, celebra d&#8217;aquesta manera una d\u00e8cada de traject\u00f2ria durant la qual ha portat les seves propostes tant a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit nacional com a l&#8217;internacional.
