A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, els assistents rebran el llibre<em>La sardina de Mallorca: un tresor desconegut<\/em><strong>.<\/strong><br><br>Des d&#8217;El Cub expliquen que &#8220;tot plegat \u00e9s possible gr\u00e0cies a la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb Calant Xarxes, una alian\u00e7a que treballa colze a colze amb el sector pesquer per impulsar una oferta marina sostenible, respectuosa i arrelada al Mediterrani.&#8221;<br><br>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, remarquen que la sardina \u00e9s una esp\u00e8cie de baixa vulnerabilitat, &#8220;un recurs que podem gaudir amb responsabilitat i orgull.
