Amb un total de 32 guardons, els cellers de l&#8217;arxip\u00e8lag han demostrat l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia i la diversitat de la seva producci\u00f3 en una competici\u00f3 avalada per exigents tasts a cegues d&#8217;un jurat professional.<br><br><strong>El rei del certamen: Blanc Gir\u00f3 Ros 2022<br><\/strong>La gran novetat d&#8217;aquesta catorzena edici\u00f3 ha estat la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una categoria espec\u00edfica per als vins illencs, organitzada per Balears Va de Vi. El gran protagonista ha estat el Blanc Gir\u00f3 Ros 2022, elaborat pel&nbsp;<strong>celler Galm\u00e9s i Ferrer<\/strong>&nbsp;i emparat sota la Indicaci\u00f3 Geogr\u00e0fica Protegida (IGP) Vi de la Terra Mallorca.<br><br>Aquest vi no sols ha guanyat el reconeixement m\u00e0xim en la seva categoria, sin\u00f3 que s&#8217;ha al\u00e7at amb l&#8217;anhelat t\u00edtol de Millor Vi de les Illes Balears 2026.<br><br><strong>Un impuls estrat\u00e8gic per al producte local<br><\/strong>Aquesta fita s&#8217;emmarca dins l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia de promoci\u00f3 de la Conselleria d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural del Govern de les Illes Balears. El director general de Qualitat Agroaliment\u00e0ria i Producte Local,&nbsp;<strong>Joan Llabr\u00e9s<\/strong>, ha valorat molt positivament l&#8217;impacte d&#8217;aquesta participaci\u00f3: \u00abHa estat una oportunitat excel\u00b7lent per mostrar la qualitat dels nostres vins i la feina que duen a terme els cellers de les quatre illes. Aquest reconeixement contribueix a refor\u00e7ar el prestigi dels vins de les Illes Balears i a obrir noves oportunitats de promoci\u00f3 en un certamen de refer\u00e8ncia\u00bb.<br><br>L&#8217;acci\u00f3 forma part del Pla de Promoci\u00f3 del Producte Local 2025-2027, finan\u00e7at amb fons de l\u2019Impost de Turisme Sostenible (ITS). L&#8217;objectiu final va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la repercussi\u00f3 medi\u00e0tica: es cerca incrementar de manera real la comercialitzaci\u00f3 dels productes balears en el mercat intern.<br><br><strong>El medaller balear: Els 8 &#8216;Gran Or&#8217;<br><\/strong>L&#8217;espectre de vins premiats abasta totes les categories i illes, un fet que reflecteix la riquesa del terrer balear. Els m\u00e0xims reconeixements del jurat, els Gran Or, han distingit aquestes vuit elaboracions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Millor blanc jove<\/strong>: Nounat 2025, de Binigrau (VT Mallorca).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Millor blanc amb crian\u00e7a (i Millor Vi de les Illes Balears)<\/strong>: Blanc Gir\u00f3 Ros 2022, de Galm\u00e9s i Ferrer (VT Mallorca).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Millor rosat<\/strong>: Binitord Rosat 2025, de Binitord (VT Menorca).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Millor negre jove<\/strong>: Alba Negra Menorca 2025, de Torralba (VT Menorca).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Millor negre amb crian\u00e7a<\/strong>: Son Antem S\u2019Era 2024, de Son Antem (VT Mallorca).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Millor negre de guarda<\/strong>: Gran Vinya Son Caules 2017, de Miquel Gelabert (DO Pla i Llevant).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Millor escum\u00f3s<\/strong>: Llampant 2023, de Sebasti\u00e0 Pastor (DO Binissalem).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Millor vi dol\u00e7, ranci o de postres<\/strong>: Pansit de Formentera, de Cap de Barbaria (VT Formentera).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Pluja de medalles d&#8217;Or i Argent<br><\/strong>L&#8217;allau de premis s&#8217;ha completat amb una extensa llista de medalles d&#8217;Or i d&#8217;Argent que reafirmen el bon estat de salut del sector:<br><br><strong>12 Medalles d&#8217;Or<br><\/strong>Han recaigut en elaboracions excel\u00b7lents de cellers com Binitord i Terramoll (blancs joves); Vidal Serra i Miquel Oliver (blancs amb crian\u00e7a); Vins Nadal i Galm\u00e9s i Ferrer (rosats); Maci\u00e0 Batle (negres joves); celler Oloron i Tianna Negre (negres amb crian\u00e7a); Miquel Oliver (negres de guarda); Can Fumat (escumosos) i Can Majoral (vins dol\u00e7os).<br><br><strong>12 Medalles d&#8217;Argent<br><\/strong>Han completat el palmar\u00e8s els vins de Can Majoral, Can Fumat, Jaume de Puntir\u00f3, Torralbenc, Maci\u00e0 Batle, 7103 Petit Celler, Mesquida Mora, Ibizkus i Miquel Gelabert, i han posat d&#8217;aquesta manera el punt final a una catorzena edici\u00f3
