Segons ha informat la radiotelevisi\u00f3 p\u00fablica&nbsp;<em>IB3<\/em>, la unitat productiva de l&#8217;empresa s&#8217;ha adjudicat finalment per 4,6 milions d&#8217;euros. L&#8217;oferta guanyadora ha estat la presentada per Promorent SA, que va superar en 500.000 euros la proposta defensada per la cooperativa Camp Mallorqu\u00ed.<br><br>Aix\u00ed com avan\u00e7a&nbsp;<em>Ultima Hora<\/em>, l&#8217;empresa adjudicat\u00e0ria \u00e9s Promorent SA, una societat mallorquina vinculada al sector immobiliari i de gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;actius, com ara Autom\u00f2bils Coll. Malgrat que es tracta d&#8217;una entitat d&#8217;arrel local \u2014fet que mant\u00e9, en primera inst\u00e0ncia, la propietat de les instal\u00b7lacions a l&#8217;illa\u2014, la interlocut\u00f2ria del Jutjat Mercantil de Palma estableix que la companyia haur\u00e0 d&#8217;assumir 20 treballadors i mantenir obligat\u00f2riament l&#8217;activitat productiva de l&#8217;empresa durant un m\u00ednim de tres anys.<br><br>Tanmateix, la resoluci\u00f3 ha generat fort malestar en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit agrari. Com recull&nbsp;<em>Ara Balears<\/em>, des de Cooperatives Agroalimentaries de les Illes Balears lamenten que la f\u00e0brica no hagi passat a mans del sector productor. Tot i que la continu\u00eftat industrial est\u00e0 assegurada per llei durant el trienni fixat pel concurs, alerten del risc a llarg termini per a la ind\u00fastria agroaliment\u00e0ria si el processament de&nbsp;<strong>la mat\u00e8ria primera deixa d&#8217;estar vinculat directament als pagesos<\/strong>.<br><br>Aix\u00ed i tot, la cooperativa&nbsp;<strong>Camp Mallorqu\u00ed ha confirmat que no es dona per ven\u00e7uda i que batallar\u00e0 \u00abfins al final\u00bb per garantir que la gesti\u00f3 de la planta respongui a l&#8217;inter\u00e8s del sector primari<\/strong>. La cooperativa defensava una proposta que garantia cinc anys d&#8217;activitat i aportava una experi\u00e8ncia directa en la cadena de valor de la garrova, per la qual cosa confien a poder trobar vies de negociaci\u00f3 o suport institucional que assegurin la perman\u00e8ncia indefinida de la producci\u00f3 a Mallorca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\"
