{"id":107128,"date":"2026-10-20T10:03:08","date_gmt":"2026-10-20T08:03:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=107128"},"modified":"2026-10-20T10:03:13","modified_gmt":"2026-10-20T08:03:13","slug":"tapalma-mallorca-2026-es-presenta-amb-42-restaurants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/tapalma-mallorca-2026-es-presenta-amb-42-restaurants","title":{"rendered":"TaPalma Mallorca-2026 es presenta amb 42 restaurants"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019esdeveniment gastron\u00f2mic m\u00e9s important del panorama balear, <strong>TaPalma Mallorca-2026<\/strong>, s\u2019ha presentat el dijous a l\u2019Ajuntament de Palma, amb un total de 42 restaurants inscrits en l\u2019edici\u00f3 d\u2019enguany.<br><br>L\u2019esdeveniment, <strong>organitzat per AgenciaCom i Restauraci\u00f3 Mallorca CAEB<\/strong>, i patrocinat per l\u2019Ajuntament de Palma, PalmaActiva, el Consell de Mallorca, la Fundaci\u00f3 Turisme Responsable de Mallorca i Trasmed, entre altres patrocinadors i col\u00b7laboradors, t\u00e9 com a objectiu dinamitzar la ciutat durant uns dies gr\u00e0cies al sector de la restauraci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 vol posicionar Mallorca, i molt especialment la seva capital, com a punt neur\u00e0lgic de la gastronomia estatal.<br><br>Aquesta nova edici\u00f3, que reunir\u00e0 els millors cuiners de l\u2019illa, celebrar\u00e0 el <strong>concurs de tapes el 2 de novembre al Palau de Congressos<\/strong> de Palma. <strong>La ruta tindr\u00e0 lloc del 4 al 8 de novembre en diferents zones de la ciutat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M\u00e9s de 40 restaurants hi participen<br><\/strong>Els restaurants participants s\u00f3n: At\u00edpic Caf\u00e8, Bankai Santa Catalina, Bar Atl\u00e9tico Baleares, Bar Jose\u2019s 2, Bar Pigalle, Beatnik, Bellaombra, Bendito Gusto, Born 8, Buscando el Norte, Cafeter\u00eda Jose\u2019s, Can Frasquet, Can Llonguet, Chez Camille BBQ, Cosm\u00f3polis, Diecisiete Grados, D\u2019Presi\u00f3n, El Bandarra, El Perrito Sa Feixina, Finca14, La Barra de Bendita, La Despensa del Bar\u00f3n, La Fonda, La Mona Vermuter\u00eda, La Nueva Cruz Blanca, La Previa Palma, La Primavera, La Rosa Vermuter\u00eda, La Taberna de Rafa, Mam\u00e1 Xelo, Manataco, Manso Bar &amp; Caf\u00e9, Mes\u00f3n Teresa, Morralla, Mundano Cenador, Pizza Piola, Rac\u00f3, Restaurante Terra, S\u2019Hort &#8211; Casino Mallorca, Simbad, Tinto i Vinito Vermuter\u00eda &amp; Wine Bar.<br><br>Els 42 establiments inscrits formaran part de la ruta de tapes. <strong>D\u2019aquests, 18 s\u2019han presentat tamb\u00e9 al concurs<\/strong>, els finalistes del qual es donaran a con\u00e8ixer el pr\u00f2xim 26 d\u2019octubre durant la reuni\u00f3 de participants. Els finalistes competiran el 2 de novembre al Palau de Congressos de Palma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El batle de Palma, <strong>Jaime Mart\u00ednez Llabr\u00e9s<\/strong>, ha destacat el creixement de TaPalma, que <strong>enguany passa de 34 a 42 restaurants participants<\/strong>, una xifra que, segons ha assenyalat, &#8220;demostra l\u2019inter\u00e8s que continua despertant aquesta iniciativa entre els professionals de la restauraci\u00f3 i posa de manifest la vitalitat del sector gastron\u00f2mic de Palma&#8221;. En aquest sentit, ha remarcat que &#8220;TaPalma \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que una ruta de tapes, \u00e9s una oportunitat per con\u00e8ixer de prop la feina dels nostres restauradors, descobrir la qualitat i la diversitat de la nostra oferta gastron\u00f2mica i fer valdre un sector que forma part del dia a dia de la ciutat&#8221;.<br><br>Per la seva banda, <strong>Miguel Pardo<\/strong>, director de Relacions Institucionals del Grupo Grimaldi a Espanya, ha reafirmat el comprom\u00eds de la naviliera amb TaPalma i ha destacat que &#8220;<strong>\u00e9s una aposta segura perqu\u00e8 valora el talent dels cuiners i restauradors de Mallorca, el producte local i la desestacionalitzaci\u00f3, alhora que convida els ciutadans a sortir al carrer i gaudir de la gastronomia&#8221;<\/strong>.
