Per aix\u00f2, igual que vost\u00e8s, m&#8217;he hagut d&#8217;informar i rec\u00f3rrer a consells d&#8217;experts, els quals en forma breu els compartesc. Parlarem sobre les propietats dels alguns aliments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un aliment acidificant?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/llimones.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"229\" height=\"183\" \/>\u00c9s aquell que, en ser metabolitzat (assimilat i aprofitat) per l&#8217;organisme produeix una acidificaci\u00f3, \u00e9s a dir disminueix el PH de la sang i dels l\u00edquids corporals. L&#8217;acidificaci\u00f3 de la sang causa nombrosos trastorns i malalties com ara: arteriosclerosi, malalties coron\u00e0ries, osteoporosi i descalcificaci\u00f3, augment de possibilitats de patir artritis, retenci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids, c\u00e0lculs renals i diversos c\u00e0ncers.<\/p>\n<p>Exemple d&#8217;alguns aliments a tenir en compte per a una ingesta m\u00e9s moderada, senzill, els quals la majoria ja coneixem i ens encanten: formatges curats, carn, marisc, peix, ous. Tots aquests s\u00f3n de proced\u00e8ncia animal per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;han tenir en compte els cereals, les nous, els cacauets, les llenties i la soja, entre d&#8217;altres. Aquests darrers s\u00f3n menys \u00e0cids que els d&#8217;origen animal.<\/p>\n<p>Per ajudar el nostre cos a evitar l&#8217;acidificaci\u00f3 o minvar-la no haur\u00edem de menjar tots aquests aliments, un fet gaireb\u00e9 impossible (a no ser que siguis vegetari\u00e0) i tampoc crec que en faci ganes \u00bf ? per\u00f2 s\u00ed que podem ajudar el nostre organisme areduir tanta acidesa, un consell dels experts \u00e9s incrementar el consum d&#8217;aliments alcalinitzants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un aliment alcalinitzant?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s aquell que, en ser metabolitzat (assimilat i aprofitat) per l&#8217;organisme produeix una alcalinitzaci\u00f3; \u00e9s a dir, l&#8217;augment del PH de la sang i dels l\u00edquids corporals. Quins s\u00f3n aquests aliments que ens ajudaran a reduir l&#8217;acidificaci\u00f3 del nostre cos? Id\u00f2 aquells que coneixem les excel\u00b7lents propietats que tenen i que rebutjam consumir-ne a diari: La major part de les fruites, verdures i hortalisses.<\/p>\n<p>Ens protegeixen contra l&#8217;acidificaci\u00f3 tant de la produ\u00efda pel consum d&#8217;aliments d&#8217;origen animal com de la natural acidificaci\u00f3 que el nostre propi organisme produeix.<\/p>\n<p>Ah! i un \u00faltim apunt que he demanat per inter\u00e8s propi, i la <strong>llimona<\/strong>? \u00bf\u00c9s alcalina o \u00e0cida? Aquesta fruita m&#8217;encanta i la consumesc habitualment -sempre m&#8217;han comentat que \u00e9s molt \u00e0cida i que no \u00e9s gaire bona per a l&#8217;organisme, ja sabeu: mites.
