Tant els cuiners com les sabates de Mallorca destaquen internacionalment per la qualitat com per la innovaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Nando Esteva, reconegut internacionalment com a fot\u00f2graf publicitari i gastron\u00f2mic, guardonat arreu del m\u00f3n, ha fotografiat sabates, plats i cuiners.\u00a0 La idea del projecte \u00e9s de Chefs(in), la marca que agrupa als xefs d&#8217;alta cuina de les Illes Balears. &#8220;L&#8217;Ajuntament d&#8217;Inca ens va demanar una proposta per dinamitzar el Museu del Cal\u00e7at i de la Pell, explica Araceli Bosch de Chefs(in), i v\u00e0rem pensar en una idea molt estranya a priori: posar menjar on posam els peus. Li cont\u00e0rem a en Nando Esteva que es va entusiasmar amb la idea. Aix\u00ed que despr\u00e9s ens pos\u00e0rem en contacte amb l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Fabricants i Auxiliars de Cal\u00e7at de Mallorca (AFACA) i els explic\u00e0rem el projecte.
