El monasteri de Consolaci\u00f3 \u00e9s el lloc triat.<\/p>\n<p>Gastron\u00f2micament, juntament amb altres especialistes de la cuina hi ha fet de jurat. En total s&#8217;hi han presentat 17 paelles al concurs organitzat per l&#8217;<a title=\"Assemblea per Sant Joan\" href=\"https:\/\/ca-es.facebook.com\/pages\/assemblea-per-sant-joan\/216963374985901\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Assemblea per Sant Joan<\/a>\u00a0(AxSJ).<\/p>\n<p>Hem passat molt de gust com la gent feia una festa d&#8217;aquest concurs i s&#8217;ho passava b\u00e9 amb els amics i ve\u00efnats. Per participar al concurs, s&#8217;havia de fer una paella per a un m\u00ednim de 5 persones i un m\u00e0xim de 15. Cada participant triava els ingredients i tenien per fer-la una hora i mitja.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment la guanyadora ha estat la batejada com a\u00a0<strong>Paella Coleman<\/strong>, amb una mixta amb colom\u00ed, brou de gerret, carxofes i gambes de S\u00f3ller, que \u00e9s la tercera vegada que se&#8217;n duu el primer premi. Les altres dues premiades han estat la\u00a0<strong>Paella Gall de Calicant<\/strong>\u00a0(mixta) i la\u00a0<strong>Paella sa Tardor<\/strong>\u00a0(que combinava ingredients dol\u00e7os com els d\u00e0tils o les cireres seques).<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi ha hagut un premi per a la m\u00e9s ben decorada, que ha estat per a la\u00a0<strong>Paella es Pollets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Des de Gastron\u00f2micament agra\u00efm a l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 que hagi pensat en nosaltres per fer part del jurat.<!--more--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dia 1 de maig \u00e9s el dia triat per fer el\u00a0concurs de paelles\u00a0de Sant Joan.
