Es tracta del concurs de refer\u00e8ncia en el sector formatger a nivell internacional que s&#8217;ha celebrat en l&#8217;el BBC Good Food Show de Londres (Anglaterra) entre el 14 i el 16 de novembre.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta edici\u00f3, hi han participat m\u00e9s de 3.000 formatges de diferents pa\u00efsos i 350 experts. Per qualificar els formatges, el jurat d&#8217;experts del certamen t\u00e9 en compte aspectes com la textura, les aromes, el gust i la forma.<\/p>\n<p>Les aromes l\u00e0ctiques del formatge semicurat Coinga i el lleu record a mantega i fruits secs torrats, tan caracter\u00edstic d&#8217;un formatge Ma\u00f3-Menorca han estat valorats pel jurat que li ha atorgat la medalla de bronze en la categoria de formatges amb Denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Origen Protegida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un formatge vers\u00e0til<\/strong><br \/>\nEl formatge t\u00e9 una curaci\u00f3 mitjana de devers 90 dies, i \u00e9s el formatge maon\u00e8s m\u00e9s conegut pels consumidors. \u00c9s un formatge vers\u00e0til ja que el Coinga semicurat pot ser usat tant per al consum directe (taules, amanides, entrepans, etc.) com a la cuina, ja que es fon f\u00e0cilment.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquest guard\u00f3, Coinga acumula cinc reconeixements en aquest prestigi\u00f3s certamen.
