[Nova data!] Ser\u00e0 els dimarts 19 i 26 d&#8217;abril, de 19 a 21.30 hores, al restaurant Can March de Manacor.<\/p>\n<p>El cuiner Miquel Gelabert ha explicat a la presentaci\u00f3 del curs que el taller es dividir\u00e0 en dues sessions:<\/p>\n<p>Dia 19 d&#8217;abril, sobre miratges (&#8216;trampantojos&#8217; en espanyol) en qu\u00e8 es prepararan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flam de foie<\/li>\n<li>Pedres de la mar<\/li>\n<li>Pa i botifarr\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La segona sessi\u00f3, dimarts, 26 d&#8217;abril, ser\u00e0 de plats tradicionals amb una nova est\u00e8tica com:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bullit d&#8217;ossos 2015<\/li>\n<li>Bacall\u00e0 a la mallorquina 2003<\/li>\n<li>Carabassons farcits de carn 2014<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El curs s&#8217;emmarca en el<strong>\u00a0cicle La Bona Cuina<\/strong>, des del qual\u00a0<strong>Gastron\u00f2micament\u00a0<\/strong>fomenta una cuina equilibrada basada en el\u00a0<strong>producte local<\/strong>. Gelabert preparar\u00e0 plats que sorprenent, nous i tamb\u00e9 que ha apr\u00e8s de la seva padrina i sa mare, &#8220;tots amb un toc sorprenent. Per exemple, el bullit d&#8217;ossos estar\u00e0 complementat amb col borratxona i carn de porc negre mallorqu\u00ed o el flam de foie s&#8217;acompanya amb una crema de safar\u00e0ria (dit tamb\u00e9 pastanaga morada)&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El taller comptar\u00e0 amb la participaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments locals destacats com\u00a0<strong>Olis de Jornets, Especias Cresp\u00ed, Finca Son Bordils, Caf\u00e8s Bay, a m\u00e9s de Goethe &#8211; Zumiglub i\u00a0 Lloren\u00e7 Cerd\u00e0 Alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<br \/>\nEls assistents tastaran tots els plats i podran demanar dubtes directament a Miquel Gelabert, el cuiner m\u00e9s destacat de Manacor.<\/p>\n<p>El preu per a una sessi\u00f3 del curs \u00e9s de 50 euros.
