Una beguda que es recomana prendre ben fresqueta, amb gel, juntament amb una rodanxa de taronja.<\/p>\n<p>Un dels seus creadors \u00e9s Felip, qui explica que la sangria Rita va n\u00e8ixer d&#8217;una intu\u00efci\u00f3. &#8220;Sabia que la sangria que s&#8217;elaborava de manera artesanal a la meva fam\u00edlia generacions enrere, era diferent a la resta de sangr\u00edes. A aquesta certesa, s&#8217;unia que aix\u00ed com un bon vi era f\u00e0cil de trobar, poder trobar embotellada una sangria de qualitat que acompany\u00e0s una bona carn o una excel\u00b7lent taula era imposible, apunta Felip, Aix\u00ed que v\u00e0rem cercar un nom per a la criatura i vam decidir elaborar-la nosaltres: aix\u00ed va n\u00e9ixer Rita, sangria Rita\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diferent a les sangries de tetrabrick<\/strong><br \/>\nEl que diferencia la sangria Rita de qualsevol altre sangria \u00e9s l&#8217;eleg\u00e0ncia. &#8220;La qualitat dels seus ingredients, explica Felip, donen l&#8217;eleg\u00e0ncia al seu gust: Una excel\u00b7lent base de cabernet sauvignon, juntament a un concentrat de les nostres taronges, endol\u00e7at i macerat tot aix\u00f2 amb beines de vainilla i branques de canyella d\u00f3na com a resultat una elegant sangria que no t\u00e9 res a veure amb les de tetrabrick. \u00c9s 100% natural, per aix\u00f2 no t\u00e9 gas. D&#8217;altre banda, el disseny de la botella i el nom fan que simplement marqui la difer\u00e8ncia&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"margin: 6px;\" src=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/sangria-rita-mallorca.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" \/><strong>Sangria feta a Mallorca<\/strong><br \/>\nLa sangria Rita s&#8217;elabora a Mallorca, a Pina per ser m\u00e9s exactes. Els seus ingredients s\u00f3n majorit\u00e0riament de l&#8217;illa; per aix\u00f2 i com a senyal d&#8217;identitat hi podeu llegir a l&#8217;etiqueta: Elaborada a Mallorca.<br \/>\nLa sangria fins ara era una producte que havia estat injuriat, &#8220;les sangries de bric han fet molt de mal a aquesta popular i refrescant beguda. Fins i tot ha fet que alguns estrangers la incloguin entre les aliments que no cal demanar quan viatgen a Espanya&#8221;, comenta Felip. &#8220;Estam segurs que, sense cap dubte, Mallorca \u00e9s un bon lloc per ajudar a sanejar la imatge d&#8217;aquesta popular beguda i que sangria Rita \u00e9s la millor manera de fer-ho&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte va comen\u00e7ar amb una previsi\u00f3 de 5.000 botelles per a aquest estiu, per\u00f2 la realitat \u00e9s que el producte ha tengut una molt bona acollida i a final d&#8217;any se n&#8217;hauran venut 25.000 botelles. Ara b\u00e9, tamb\u00e9 estan exportant el producte, concretament a algunes zones de Espanya, Luxemburg, Tail\u00e0ndia i Su\u00e8cia. &#8220;Ens sentim m\u00e9s orgullosos que mai de donar m\u00e9s sentit al fet que la nostra Rita parli amb un sabor de Mallorca i sigui una bona ambaixadora de la nostra illa, pensam que els mallorquins se sentiran tamb\u00e9 orgullosos de Rita&#8221;, remarca el creador.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparant una nova sangria<\/strong><br \/>\nFer un producte de qualitat i a Mallorca no \u00e9s senzill. Felip esmenta que no ha estat dif\u00edcil fer la recepta, perqu\u00e8 ha estat present generaci\u00f3 rere generaci\u00f3 a la<br \/>\nseva fam\u00edlia. &#8220;\u00c9s m\u00e9s, tenim tamb\u00e9 la recepta de Sangria Rita Clarea, feta amb vi blanc, que \u00e9s a punt de sortir al mercat&#8221;.
