diciembre una subida de los impuestos especiales de tabaco y alcohol y ha fijado un nuevo gravamen sobre los productos con alto contenido en az\u00facar.\">El Consell de Ministres va aprovar el divendres 2 de desembre una pujada dels impostos especials de tabac i alcohol i ha fixat un nou gravamen sobre els productes amb alt contingut en sucre. <\/span><span title=\"Este gravamen ya se est\u00e1 aplicando en pa\u00edses como Reino Unido y se justifica como una medida tendente a mejorar la salud y a reducir el alto consumo de az\u00facar que se sit\u00faa actualmente en 94 gramos por persona al d\u00eda en Espa\u00f1a. \">Aquest gravamen ja s&#8217;est\u00e0 aplicant en pa\u00efsos com el Regne Unit i es justifica com una mesura per millorar la salut i a reduir l&#8217;alt consum de sucre que a Espanya se situa actualment en 94 grams per persona al dia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"La medida hab\u00eda sido presentada de forma pionera en Catalunya, pero el Gobierno espa\u00f1ol decidi\u00f3 incorporar este nuevo tributo en la actual subida de impuestos. \">La mesura havia estat presentada de manera pionera a Catalunya, per\u00f2 el Govern espanyol va decidir incorporar aquest nou tribut a l&#8217;actual pujada d&#8217;impostos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"La Organizaci\u00f3n de Consumidores y Usuarios (OCU) ha expresado su poca confianza en este tipo de medidas, las cuales entiende que solo sirven para recaudar m\u00e1s impuestos sin atender en realidad al supuesto objetivo de mejora de salud de los consumidores.\">L&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 de Consumidors i Usuaris (OCU) ha expressat la seva poca confian\u00e7a en aquest tipus de mesures, les quals ent\u00e9n que nom\u00e9s serveixen per recaptar m\u00e9s impostos sense atendre en realitat al suposat objectiu de millora de salut dels consumidors. <\/span><span title=\"Para OCU este tipo de impuestos no sirven para desincentivar el consumo de bebidas azucaradas pues solo incrementar\u00e1 en unos pocos c\u00e9ntimos cada envase, y adem\u00e1s lo recaudado no se invertir\u00e1 en campa\u00f1as para la promoci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitos saludables \">Per a OCU <strong>aquest tipus d&#8217;impostos no serveixen per desincentivar el consum de begudes ensucrades<\/strong> ja que nom\u00e9s incrementar\u00e0 en uns pocs c\u00e8ntims cada env\u00e0s, i a m\u00e9s <strong>tot all\u00f2 que es recapti no s&#8217;invertir\u00e0 en campanyes per a la promoci\u00f3 d&#8217;h\u00e0bits saludables<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ca\"><span title=\"En opini\u00f3n de OCU, tal y como se viene reivindicando a trav\u00e9s de la campa\u00f1a \u201cMenos Az\u00facar, M\u00e1s Sano\u201d http:\/\/www.ocu.org\/movilizate\/menos-azucar, es necesario avanzar desde los acuerdos voluntarios de reformulaci\u00f3n hacia medidas\">Segons l&#8217;opini\u00f3 d&#8217;OCU, aix\u00ed com es s&#8217;ha reivindicat a trav\u00e9s de la campanya &#8216;Menys Sucre, M\u00e9s Sa&#8217; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ocu.org\/movilizate\/menos-azucar\">http:\/\/www.ocu.org\/movilizate\/menos-azucar<\/a>, <strong>cal avan\u00e7ar des dels acords voluntaris de reformulaci\u00f3 cap a mesures <\/strong><\/span><span title=\"que hagan obligatoria una reducci\u00f3n de al menos el 10% de az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos en los productos procesados, sin que \u00e9sta venga acompa\u00f1ada de una sustituci\u00f3n por edulcorantes. \"><strong>que facin obligat\u00f2ria una reducci\u00f3 d&#8217;almenys el 10% de sucres afegits en els productes processats, sense que aquesta vingui acompanyada d&#8217;una substituci\u00f3 per edulcorants.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Adem\u00e1s de ello para OCU es fundamental lograr un mayor control en la publicidad dirigida a menores y que los consumidores sean capaces de conocer la cantidad exacta de az\u00facar a\u00f1adido a los productos.\">A m\u00e9s d&#8217;aix\u00f2, per a OCU \u00e9s fonamental aconseguir un major control en la publicitat dirigida a menors i que els consumidors siguin capa\u00e7os de con\u00e8ixer la quantitat exacta de sucre afegit als productes. <\/span><span title=\"Por ello reclama que sea obligatorio para los fabricantes indicar en el etiquetado la cantidad de az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos. \">Per aix\u00f2 <strong>reclama que sigui obligatori per als fabricants indicar en l&#8217;etiquetatge la quantitat de sucres afegits<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Por \u00faltimo desde OCU se subraya la necesidad de impedir que productos con altos contenidos de az\u00facar como por ejemplo galletas, boller\u00eda o l\u00e1cteos, puedan llevar alegaciones de car\u00e1cter nutricional o de salud, o avales cient\u00edficos que los respalden;\">Finalment des OCU se subratlla la necessitat d&#8217;impedir que productes amb alts continguts de sucre com ara galetes, brioixeria o lactis, puguin dur al\u00b7legacions de car\u00e0cter nutricional o de salut, o avals cient\u00edfics que els
