L&#8217;oliaigua, pronunciat <em>oliaigu<\/em> o <em>aliaigo<\/em>, \u00e9s un plat de la cuina tradicional menorquina, una sopa a base de tom\u00e0tiga, ceba i pebre verd. Bagur va conv\u00e8ncer el jurat amb una escenografia\u00a0original del plat en qu\u00e8 l\u2019olivera fou la protagonista.<\/p>\n<p>Molts coneixereu el guanyador com en Lloren\u00e7 de Can Mito, una arrosseria de Palma avui dia desapareguda. Actualment Bagur \u00e9s alumne d&#8217;alta cuina de l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears (EHIB) i compagina els estudis amb els fogons del restaurant Can Pedro de G\u00e8nova (Palma).<\/p>\n<p>Un total de vuit finalistes van presentar els seus plats a un jurat conformat per Joan Morell (t\u00e8cnic de l\u2019Institut de Qualitat Agroaliment\u00e0ria), Manu Ruiz (ambaixador d\u2019Oli de Mallorca i editor del bloc Cocinando con Catman), Carme Rossell\u00f3 (catedr\u00e0tica d\u2019Ingenieria Qu\u00edmica de la UIB), Lydia E.
