Hi poden participar alumnes, exalumnes, personal d\u2019administraci\u00f3 i serveis (PAS), ex-PAS, personal docent i investigador (PDI) i ex-PDI<\/p>\n

La Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB) convoca el I Concurs TaperXef UIB, un concurs de receptes saludables i sostenibles per a t\u00e0per, emmarcat en el projecte Campus Saludable.<\/p>\n

S\u00f3n moltes les persones que dinen de t\u00e0per a la Universitat, per aix\u00f2, han organitzat aquesta iniciativa. Hi poden participar alumnes, exalumnes, personal d\u2019administraci\u00f3 i serveis (PAS), ex-PAS, personal docent i investigador (PDI) i ex-PDI.<\/p>\n

Qu\u00e8 s’ha de fer?<\/strong>
\nEs poden presentar les receptes fins al 20 de mar\u00e7. Tan sols s’ha de pujar un v\u00eddeo d’un minut de la recepta saludable per a t\u00e0per al grup de Facebook TaperXef UIB<\/a>, i tamb\u00e9 enviar la plantilla de recepta del concurs emplenada a l’adre\u00e7a electr\u00f2nica <vr.universitatsaludable@uib.cat<\/a>><\/p>\n

A trav\u00e9s de Campus Saludable es fa feina per millorar els h\u00e0bits alimentaris dels estudiants i dels treballadors de la Universitat. Amb aquesta iniciativa, la UIB vol que sigui la comunitat i excomunitat universit\u00e0ria qui demostri que menjar de t\u00e0per no \u00e9s contrari a una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable.<\/p>\n

Premis<\/strong>
\nEs donaran tres premis:
\nPrimer premi: robot de cuina Thermomix i un lot de productes Tupperware (olla Microexpr\u00e9s, capses de congelaci\u00f3 i botella)<\/p>\n

Segon premi: senalla de productes de Sa Llubinera i un lot de productes Tupperware (Microcook, capses de congelaci\u00f3 i botella).<\/p>\n

Tercer premi: senalla de productes de Sa Llubinera i un lot de productes Tupperware (capses de congelaci\u00f3 i botella).<\/p>\n

La Bona Cuina, un cicle oblidat<\/strong>
\nTot i valorar la iniciativa, cal esmentar que la Universitat ha deixat de banda l’organitzaci\u00f3 d’activitats com el cicle La Bona Cuina, a trav\u00e9s de la qual es potenciaven els h\u00e0bits d’alimentaci\u00f3 saludables amb figures de primer ordre com b\u00e9 demostra les confer\u00e8ncies que feren els germans Roca, Carme Ruscalleda i Llu\u00eds Llach, en aquest cas com a vinater. Les confer\u00e8ncies i xerades es complementaven amb cursos de cuina, que s’impartien a l’Escola d’Hoteleria de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
