Els premis es van celebrar el 5 de juny al terrat de l&#8217;hotel NH Collection Su\u00e8cia de Madrid. L&#8217;acte va comptar amb el cuiner bisca\u00ed Eneko Atxa, del restaurant Azurmendi amb tres estrelles Michelin, com a padr\u00ed dels premiats.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el lliurament de premis tamb\u00e9 van ser guardonats 9 artesans m\u00e9s, premiats per la tasca de conservaci\u00f3 i innovaci\u00f3 de productes gastron\u00f2mics de qualitat i per contribuir a la conservaci\u00f3 del medi rural i del medi ambient. Tots els premiats van rebre un plat de cer\u00e0mica dissenyat per l&#8217;artista Pedro Le\u00f3n del taller Arte Hoy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reinventar la sobrassada tradicional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Xesc Reina, de la m\u00e0 de Can Company, ha aconseguit reinventar la sobrassada tradicional gr\u00e0cies a la seva passi\u00f3 i innovaci\u00f3. En plena etapa de maduresa professional, Xesc Reina aposta per l&#8217;empresa mallorquina Can Company, dedicada a la producci\u00f3, transformaci\u00f3 de cereal i producci\u00f3 de porc negre mallorqu\u00ed des de fa m\u00e9s de 50 anys. Amb la seva alian\u00e7a s&#8217;atreveixen a crear meravelloses combinacions per tal d&#8217;elevar els embotits aptes per paladars gourmet.<\/p>\n<p>Avui dia, Can Company i Xesc Reina ofereixen la Sobrasader\u00eda de Can Company amb un ampli ventall de sobrassades diferents que no deixen indiferent a ning\u00fa: amb formatge blau, amb formatge menorqu\u00ed, amb curri i fins i tot amb xocolata.
