Ara, un estudi demostra que t\u00e9 propietats antiinflamat\u00f2ries.<\/p>\n<p>Concretament la tesi doctoral de\u00a0<strong>Xavier Cap\u00f3 Fiol\u00a0<\/strong>posa de manifest que la suplementaci\u00f3 de la dieta amb nutrients rics en \u00e0cids grassos poliinsaturats omega-3 i antioxidants modula la resposta inflamat\u00f2ria i el balan\u00e7 oxidatiu associat a l\u2019entrenament i a la realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019exercici f\u00edsic agut. En aquest sentit, el sa\u00efm de porc (per via t\u00f2pica o en forma d\u2019extracte hidroalcoh\u00f2lic) redueix la resposta inflamat\u00f2ria, i s\u2019han determinat alguns components responsables d\u2019aquests efectes.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00a0tesi doctoral s&#8217;ha defensat a la<a href=\"http:\/\/www.uib.cat\/\">\u00a0Universitat de les Illes Balears<\/a>\u00a0i ha estat dirigida pels doctors Antoni Pons Biescas i Antoni Sureda Gomila, del departament de Biologia Fonamental i Ci\u00e8ncies de la Salut.
