Tendr\u00e0 lloc dimecres, 27 de setembre, a les 17 hores, a Palma<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

AraBay Coffee ha organitzat un tast, pensat per a qualsevol persona amant de la gastronomia i del caf\u00e8. Una sessi\u00f3 que convida a obrir el paladar per con\u00e8ixer les particularitats de les principals varietats de caf\u00e8 que es comercialitzen i podem beure en les cafeteries.<\/p>\n

El tast se celebrar\u00e0 dia 27 de setembre, de 17 a 18 hores, al centre integral del caf\u00e8 AraBay de\u00a0Palma (carrer del Sindicat, 5). S<\/a>‘hi aprendran a diferenciar les caracter\u00edstiques principals dels caf\u00e8s ar\u00e0bics i robustos, observant les seves difer\u00e8ncies en tassa aix\u00ed com les seves respectives qualitats positives i negatives.<\/p>\n

Programa<\/strong><\/p>\n

El m\u00e8tode utilitzat, estandarditzat a tot el m\u00f3n, \u00e9s el que es coneix com a Tast Brasiler que es distingeix per seguir els passos seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Primer, olorar el caf\u00e8 (m\u00f2lt) en sec per apreciar la seva frag\u00e0ncia.<\/li>\n
  2. Segon, olorar el caf\u00e8 mullat a la recerca de la seva aroma.<\/li>\n
  3. A continuaci\u00f3, es trenca la crosta que es forma als 4 minuts.<\/li>\n
  4. Seguidament es neteja la superf\u00edcie.<\/li>\n
  5. I arriba el moment del tast.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    El tast permet trobar les virtuts i els defectes d’un determinat caf\u00e8, analitzant amb ajuda del paladar i l’olfacte caracter\u00edstiques com: acidesa, dol\u00e7or, salat, el cos o el postgust.<\/p>\n

    Inclou l’obtenci\u00f3 d’una targeta de fidelitzaci\u00f3 amb la qual s’obt\u00e9 un 5% de descompte en la compra de complements, un 10% en l’adquisici\u00f3 de caf\u00e8s en Arabay Store i un 15% en futures formacions, a m\u00e9s de 100 g de caf\u00e8 gratis.<\/p>\n
