Un homenatge a un dels aliments m\u00e9s t\u00edpics de sa Pobla. La cita es combina amb els men\u00fas i plats que els restaurants i bars del municipi han preparat en motiu de la nova edici\u00f3 de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/menjar-fa-de-sa-pobla-la-capital-gastronomica-de-mallorca\"><strong>Menjar B\u00e9 a sa Pobla<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Degustaci\u00f3 d&#8217;arr\u00f2s brut pobler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A partir de les 17 hores del dissabte 25, podeu visitar la Fira, que ocupar\u00e0 la Pla\u00e7a Major. El batle\u00a0<strong>Biel Ferragut<\/strong>\u00a0explica que enguany hi haur\u00e0 novetats. D&#8217;una banda, diumenge es far\u00e0 una demostraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;<strong>elaboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;arr\u00f2s brut pobler<\/strong>, a c\u00e0rrec de Biel Serra Comas, de malnom Pepis. Comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 a preparar-lo a les 9.30 hores\u00a0 i devers les 11.30 hores es podr\u00e0 degustar de franc. &#8220;Tenim previst que el puguin tastar unes 2.000 persones&#8221;, explica\u00a0<strong>Magdalena de la Fuente<\/strong>, regidora de Fires i Festes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rac\u00f3 coent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de la pres\u00e8ncia de productors, hi haur\u00e0 un raconet sobre el coent, tan habitual en la cuina poblera. Hi participaran empreses de fora, per\u00f2 la majoria seran mallorquines, com el jove Jaume\u00a0<em>Butxi<\/em>, que sembra i cultiva pebres coents a sa Pobla i els exporta amb molta expectaci\u00f3 a Alemanya&#8221;, apunta la regidora.<\/p>\n<p>Les paradetes, les exposicions d&#8217;animals i bestiar, com tamb\u00e9 el mercat, les atraccions i els vehicles ocuparan diferents espais.\u00a0Per als que viureu la fira en fam\u00edlia, heu de saber, que divendres 24 hi trobareu el Trenet Tur\u00edstic, que sortir\u00e0 del parc infantil i juvenil Sa Fortalesa, a m\u00e9s de poder gaudir dels descomptes que els comer\u00e7os faran en motiu del Black Friday. Dissabte 25, hi haur\u00e0 la rondalla musicada &#8216;La flor romanial, al centre de cultura es Rafal, a les 12 hores.
