Xavi Ca\u00f1ellas explica qu\u00e8 hi trobarem a l&#8217;obra.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 probi\u00f2tica?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s el recull de molta feina per explicar senzillament el funcionament de la microbi\u00f2tica intestinal, que \u00e9s un conjunt de microorganismes que les persones tenim dins, sobretot a l&#8217;aparell digestiu; de fet, podem dir que l&#8217;intesti \u00e9s la gran metr\u00f2poli bacteriana. I el concepte prebi\u00f2tic t\u00e9 a veure amb l&#8217;aliment del bacteri. M&#8217;explic. Els humans, fa milers d&#8217;anys, v\u00e0rem tenir una relaci\u00f3 simbi\u00f2tica que perdura fins a dia d&#8217;avui amb microorganismes, uns bacteris que fabriquen compostos que ens ajuden a la nostra salut. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que dins de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 saludable de l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0, no podem oblidar el paper que tenen aquests microorganismes, que hem d&#8217;alimentar per al nostre benefici.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 trobarem en aquest llibre?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una manera molt divulgativa d&#8217;explicar els conceptes clau de la microbi\u00f2tica intestinal, un fet sobre el que s&#8217;ha avan\u00e7at molt en els darrers 15 anys. No es pot entendre el cos hum\u00e0 sense entendre el paper dels nostres microorganismes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tot aix\u00f2 \u00e9s molt complex?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed, per\u00f2 el valor afegit que oferim a l&#8217;obra \u00e9s que de forma molt senzilla tothom pot entendre-ho. A m\u00e9s, hi trobaran un concepte molt treballat per a nosaltres com qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la fibra. Les investigacions que hi havia fetes, havien quedat obsoletes, per aix\u00f2, hem anat una passa m\u00e9s endavant i tractam quin tipus de fibra \u00e9s clau per al manteniment de la salut de l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 i dels microorganismes, i per aix\u00f2 trencam mites.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per exemple?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria ha volgut inculcar el consum de productes espec\u00edfics, creats a prop\u00f2sit, per menjar fibra, amb el fi de guanyar-hi doblers. No cal anar a invents ni productes estranys, ni porqueries per menjar fibra, ja que es troba en els aliments naturals i frescos que tenim a prop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Darrerament surten molt de gur\u00fas que tenen la dieta miraculosa. Qu\u00e8 us avala per diferenciar-vos d&#8217;aquests falsos profetes?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No estam venen cap tipus de dieta, sin\u00f3 que parlam de ci\u00e8ncia, coher\u00e8ncia i sentit com\u00fa. La dieta que m\u00e9s sana \u00e9s aquella que no genera inflamaci\u00f3 en el tracte digestiu. Fixa&#8217;t amb un fet, l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanic animal que no sap qu\u00e8 ha de menjar; hem perdut l&#8217;instint de saber qu\u00e8 \u00e9s sa i qu\u00e8 no ho \u00e9s. Tot i aix\u00f2, encara queden tribus que encara existeixen com els Massai a l&#8217;\u00c0frica i d&#8217;altres a la Polin\u00e8sia o a l&#8217;Amazones, que no tenen dilemes sobre qu\u00e8 han de menjar; s&#8217;alimenten del que recol\u00b7lecten o cacen. Per\u00f2 segur que a les 10 del mat\u00ed, si tenen gana, not tenen un dilema de dir: &#8220;Em ve de gust unes galetes o una papaia&#8221;. B\u00e0sicament perqu\u00e8 no hia ha plantes que donin galetes com a fruits. Mengen per necessitat i d&#8217;all\u00f2 que tenen a l&#8217;abast. Per contra, als pa\u00efsos occidentals, han aparegut gur\u00fas que prediquen sobre la dieta que et far\u00e0 aprimar, la que et fa m\u00e9s sa&#8230; Nosaltres el que diem \u00e9s que menjar sa \u00e9s una necessitat de l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0, no \u00e9s una opci\u00f3. i que no cal anar lluny o cercar segons quins productes estranys per fer-ho, es pot aconseguir amb productes propers com les hortalisses, el peix fresc, les verdures, el llegum o la carn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Us refereiu a tots aquests productes light?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Exacte. Fa uns anys es va dir que els greixos eren dolents i varen comen\u00e7ar a sortir productes light. Ara s&#8217;ha sabut que hi ha greixos saludables i d&#8217;altres que no ho s\u00f3n, com els trans, \u00e9s a dir, els processats. En canvi, l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, el greix del peix blau&#8230; s\u00f3n saludables. Al llibre, no ens inventam res, sin\u00f3 que posam a l&#8217;abast tot un seguit de receptes bones de fer amb aliments propers. Un aliment s&#8217;ha de veure en el seu conjunt, per exemple, el sucre que t\u00e9 la fruita (la fructosa) \u00e9s saludable, per\u00f2 no ho \u00e9s quan es treu del seu context. Per exemple, el xerop d&#8217;\u00e0gave no \u00e9s saludable, encara que dugui el mateix sucre que un pl\u00e0tan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 t\u00e9 de diferent aquest llibre de l&#8217;obra que public\u00e0reu anterioment:\u00a0<em>Ni\u00f1os Sanos Adultos Sanos<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hi v\u00e0rem revisar m\u00e9s de 1.000 articles cient\u00edfics sobre pilars per tenir salut i com es programen en el ventre de la mare. En canvi, a l&#8217;actual hem donat un altaveu de com cuidar els nostres microorganismes. A m\u00e9s, cont\u00e9 70 receptes de Xavi Aguado, molt senzilles perqu\u00e8 ning\u00fa no tengui cap excusa per preparar-les.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com \u00e9s que parlau d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i no parlau d&#8217;aprimar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 parlam de salut.
