Els m\u00e9s de 300 assistents pogueren tastar els diferents olis que s&#8217;elaboren a l&#8217;illa, que es varen combinar amb tapes creades especialment per a l&#8217;ocasi\u00f3, a c\u00e0rrec dels xefs membres de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Cuiners Afincats a les Illes Balears (ASCAIB), com per exemple Mar\u00eda Salinas, Igor Rodr\u00edguez, Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s, Oswaldo Llandres, Mat\u00edas Provvidenti i Ariel Baz\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>La cita, que va comptar amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de DOP Oliva de Mallorca, l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers de les Illes Balears, la DO Binissalem i la DO Pla i Llevant, va tenir lloc el dimecres 28 de febrer a la sala Aljub de Es Baluard (Palma).<\/p>\n<p>El consell regulador de la DO Oli de Mallorca hi va lliurar un diploma als elaboradors que han obtingut guardons als llarg del 2017 als diversos concursos d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, ja\u00a0 que considera que la seva pres\u00e8ncia a aquests cert\u00e0mens contribueix a la promoci\u00f3 dels olis amb el segell Oli de Mallorca internacionalment.
