Amb aquesta puntuaci\u00f3, iNNat Gin irromp per primera vegada en aquest prestigi\u00f3s manual i passa a ser catalogada com una ginebra Premium, pel que \u00e9s considerada una de les millors ginebres de l&#8217;Estat.<\/p>\n<p>Per Cristina Quintana, CEO de Licors Biniarbolla, &#8220;aquesta distinci\u00f3 suposa la culminaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un projecte i una recompensa al dur treball per aconseguir una ginebra d&#8217;alta qualitat mitjan\u00e7ant la maceraci\u00f3 dels bot\u00e0nics, m\u00e8tode d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 que caracteritza a la nostra empresa&#8221;. A m\u00e9s, despr\u00e9s de dos anys en el mercat, aquesta puntuaci\u00f3 &#8220;aconsegueix posicionar-nos entre les millors&#8221;, destaca Quintana.<\/p>\n<p>Els tastadors professionals de la Guia Pe\u00f1\u00edn destaquen el color cristal\u00b7l\u00ed, com tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;aroma c\u00edtric, bals\u00e0mic i d&#8217;herbes de tocador per fer pujar iNNat Gin fins a la categoria Premium. A m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 remarquen el seu sabor equilibrat, fresc i sabor\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participaci\u00f3 en el IX Sal\u00f3 dels Destil\u00b7lats i el Vermut<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;excel\u00b7lent puntuaci\u00f3 obtinguda a la Guia 2018 ha perm\u00e8s que iNNat Gin particip\u00e0s en la 9a edici\u00f3 del Sal\u00f3 dels Destil\u00b7lats i el Vermut, celebrat el 5 de mar\u00e7 al Palau de Nept\u00fa de Madrid. Aquest esdeveniment, al qual assisteixen nom\u00e9s aquelles begudes catalogades com Premium despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver aconseguit una valoraci\u00f3 de 90 o m\u00e9s punts, \u00e9s considerat la trobada de refer\u00e8ncia entre professionals del sector de les begudes espirituoses. A m\u00e9s de ser l&#8217;espai en qu\u00e8 es va fer la presentaci\u00f3 oficial de la Guia d&#8217;enguany, el sal\u00f3 va servir per mostrar m\u00e9s de 200 productes, entre novetats i marques ja assentades, davant els 4.000 professionals assistents.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, iNNat Gin va ser una de les ginebres seleccionades per l&#8217;estand de The Original Tonic, t\u00f2nica oficial de l&#8217;esdeveniment, per a realitzar demostracions de cocteleria i degustacions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Guia Pe\u00f1\u00edn, referent mundial a nivell estatal i internacional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amb una experi\u00e8ncia de m\u00e9s de 25 anys, la\u00a0<em>Guia Pe\u00f1\u00edn<\/em>\u00a0\u00e9s la publicaci\u00f3 de vins espanyols de refer\u00e8ncia a nivell estatal i internacional per a professionals i aficionats a l&#8217;enologia. Despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;\u00e8xit de la guia de vins, actualment tamb\u00e9 editen la Guia dels Caves i altres Bombolles i la Guia de Destil\u00b7lats i Cocteleria. En la seva vuitena edici\u00f3 dedicada a les begudes espirituoses, el manual supera el seu sostre de marques tastades, aconseguint per primera vegada les 1.800 refer\u00e8ncies, enfront de les 1.690 de l&#8217;edici\u00f3 de 2017. Entre les begudes amb m\u00e9s refer\u00e8ncies destaquen un any m\u00e9s la ginebra, el whisky i el rom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3 artesanal des de fa m\u00e9s de 50 anys<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Licors Biniarbolla \u00e9s una empresa familiar que es dedica a l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 artesanal de licors i ginebres des de fa m\u00e9s de mig segle. En les seves instal\u00b7lacions segueix la recepta tradicional heretada per la fam\u00edlia Quintana dels monjos de la muntanya Toro de Menorca, en la qual es posa especial atenci\u00f3 en la maceraci\u00f3 de fruites i herbes arom\u00e0tiques, proc\u00e9s pel qual els licors mantenen les seves propietats medicinals i digestives. Per aix\u00f2, el seu fundador, Lloren\u00e7 Quintana, va aconseguir convertir-se en l&#8217;\u00fanic licorer amb carta de mestre artes\u00e0 de Balears. L&#8217;empresa inicia ara una nova etapa sota la direcci\u00f3 de Cristina Quintana qui, respectant els processos tradicionals, ha ampliat la gamma de productes i ha creat les ginebres iNNat -de qualitat Premium- i Glop, d&#8217;acord amb les arrels del gin menorqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Camelbak Epic 360 Cam\u00ed de Cavalls<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 cal destacar el comprom\u00eds de Licors Biniarbolla amb la societat menorquina. De fet, actualment patrocina la 4a edici\u00f3 de\u00a0la Camelbak Epic 360 Cam\u00ed de Cavalls. Es tracta d&#8217;una competici\u00f3 que consisteix a completar una volta a l&#8217;illa de Menorca en un recorregut exigent a trav\u00e9s del GR 223, la ruta coneguda com Cam\u00ed de cavalls que envolta la costa menorquina. Els participants poden triar entre tres modalitats: a peu (Experiencie), corrent (Trail Run) o amb bicicleta (Mountain Bike). El tret m\u00e9s caracter\u00edstic d&#8217;aquesta cursa, dividida en tres etapes, \u00e9s que exigeix que la participaci\u00f3 sigui en equips de dues persones, ja siguin masculins, femenins o mixts.
