Entre tots ells sumen m\u00e9s de 7 estrelles Michelin, que s\u00f3n considerats pels cr\u00edtics gastron\u00f2mics com a genis.<\/p>\n<p>El concurs, presidit per\u00a0<strong>Tomeu Caldentey<\/strong>, primer cuiner mallorqu\u00ed en aconseguir una estrella Michelin, i condu\u00eft per\u00a0<strong>Koldo Royo<\/strong>, xef, fundador i president de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Cuiners Afincats a les Illes Balears, comptar\u00e0 en el jurat amb figures destacades com:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Susi D\u00edaz<\/strong>, propiet\u00e0ria del restaurant la Finca, a Elx i posse\u00efdora d&#8217;una estrella Michelin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paco Roncero<\/strong>, un dels m\u00e9s prestigiosos cuiners de la cuina d&#8217;avantguarda espanyola, 2 estrelles Michelin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fernando P\u00e9rez Arellano<\/strong>, format als millors restaurants de Dubl\u00edn, Londres, N\u00e0pols i un llarg etc. 2 estrelles Michelin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marc Fosh<\/strong>, l&#8217;\u00fanic brit\u00e0nic que ha aconseguit 1 estrella Michelin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Andreu Genestra<\/strong>, inquer, format per Marc Fosh, Mugaritz, Joan Mar\u00ed Arzak i Ferr\u00e1 Adri\u00e0, i que compta amb 1 estrella Michelin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hern\u00e1n Luchetti<\/strong>, xef argent\u00ed, cap de cuina del considerat millor restaurant del m\u00f3n El Celler Can Roca.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Margalira Col<\/strong>l, del restaurant Miceli.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marta Rossell\u00f3,\u00a0<\/strong>del restaurant Sal de Coc\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cat\u00ed Pieras,<\/strong>\u00a0del restaurant Daica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00edlvia Anglada<\/strong>, menorquina del restaurant Tast de na S\u00edlvia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adr\u00edan Quetglas<\/strong>, nascut a Bons Aires ,per\u00f2 descendent de mallorquins, la seva cuina s&#8217;ha caracteritzat pels seus or\u00edgens mallorquins, Quetglas pass\u00e0 els \u00faltims 10 anys a Moscou, on va ser nomenat cuiner de l&#8217;any a R\u00fassia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sant\u00ed Taura<\/strong>, ell mateix es descriu com amant de Mallorca i ho plasma en les seves receptes que combinen a la perfecci\u00f3 ingredients i tradici\u00f3, convertint els seus plats en \u00fanics. El seu restaurant compta amb una llista d&#8217;espera de gaireb\u00e9 un any.<\/li>\n<li><strong>V\u00edctor Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, \u00e9s un altre dels cuiners mallorquins, en l&#8217;actualitat treballa al restaurant Cap Rocat, situat en una de les zones m\u00e9s privilegiades de Mallorca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esdeveniment totalment gratu\u00eft, en el qual s&#8217;ofereix als tres finalistes un contracte remunerat en pr\u00e0ctiques en un dels Protur Hotels, un premi en met\u00e0l\u00b7lic i estada gratu\u00efta d&#8217;una setmana per a 2 persones<\/p>\n<p>Enguany, entre els 18 estudiants seleccionats, hi ha alumnes del Basque Culinay Centre, El prestigi\u00f3s Hotel escola de Sant Pol de Mar, Hotel escola de Santa Creu de Tenerife, Escola d&#8217;hosteler\u00eda i turisme Master D de Val\u00e8ncia, Madrid i Mallorca, IES Juniper Serra de Palma, IES Maria \u00c0ngels Cardona de Menorca, CIFP de Pontevedra, ESHAEX-SEXPE de Badajoz, Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears i ESHOB de Barcelona, un planter que \u200b\u200bha estat escollit per participar en un concurs que, en la seva segona edici\u00f3 ha comptat amb el doble de sol\u00b7licituds, consolidant-se com cita imprescindible entre les millors escoles de l&#8217;Estat.
