Va ser el mes de mar\u00e7 de 2014 i ho va fer amb el lema &#8220;s&#8217;ha acabat la Fanta, aqu\u00ed bevem Pep Lemon!&#8221;. La idea dels seus creadors era fer\u00a0<strong>un producte diferent i sostenible<\/strong>, una tasca que han aconseguit amb llimones mallorquines i la tasca de l&#8217;entitat Amadip Esment, que forma i dona feina a persones amb discapacitat intel\u00b7lectual.<\/p>\n<p>Segons expliquen els responsables en un comunicat dif\u00f3s al seu\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Peplemon\/\">Facebook<\/a>, &#8220;el projecte ha arribat a un punt d\u2019inflexi\u00f3 que l\u2019obliga a repensar la producci\u00f3 i la comercialitzaci\u00f3 per poder seguir essent qui som. El<a href=\"http:\/\/www.peplemon.com\/el-projecte-2-2\/\">\u00a0Manifest de Principis Irrenunciables<\/a>\u00a0continua vigent. Han estat quatre anys intensos, tan intensos com la Pep Lemon! La millor llimonada del m\u00f3n \u00e9s nostra! A tots els que ens heu seguit d\u2019aprop, gr\u00e0cies!&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, algunes fonts afirmen que aquest comiat no \u00e9s definitiu i que els fundadors cercaran nous aliats continuar fent &#8220;llimonada amb llimones&#8221; i, tamb\u00e9 una nova empresa distribu\u00efdora.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;empresa va passar un dels moments m\u00e9s complicats quan varen treure al mercat la Pep Cola, i\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/pepsi-contra-pep-cola\">va ser denunciada per Pepsi Co per tenir un nom molt semblant al seu<\/a>.
