Monjoia 2014 \u00e9s fi, elegant en boca i d&#8217;un color de cirera profund. T\u00e9 una molt bona intensitat arom\u00e0tica, en la qual s&#8217;hi fan presents aromes de regalim i de terra de mata.<\/p>\n<p>Vinyes Mortitx va n\u00e9ixer l&#8217;any 2001 quan una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;afeccionats al vi, principalment procedents de la localitat de Pollen\u00e7a, decidiren comprar part de la finca de Mortitx amb un \u00fanic objectiu, produir i elaborar vins de qualitat. Aquest vi monovarietal est\u00e0 elaborat amb ra\u00efms de la varietat macabeu seleccionades de les dues parcel\u00b7les de la Finca Racons, una de 0,44 hect\u00e0rees, plantada el 1917 -ara fa 100 anys- i l&#8217;altra de 1,36 hect\u00e0rees, plantada el 1955.<\/p>\n<p>Finca Racons 2016 (DO Costers del Segre) \u00e9s un vi de color groc daurat, suau i amable per\u00f2 amb volum i profunditat. A m\u00e9s, t\u00e9 una perfecta acidesa i \u00e9s ric al paladar, intens, complex, agradable en boca i amb un llarg final. \u00c9s un vi de refer\u00e8ncia a Catalunya que t\u00e9 una llarga evoluci\u00f3 en copa. Combina untuositat i textura d&#8217;alm\u00edvar amb un car\u00e0cter c\u00edtric i una bona acidesa, que li aporten verticalitat i frescor. Tamb\u00e9 mostra un destacat car\u00e0cter fruiter (poma, pera i pinya) que predomina per sobre de les caracter\u00edstiques notes d&#8217;una crian\u00e7a parcial en roure. La fusta no va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d&#8217;una pinzellada que real\u00e7a i aporta complexitat. Expressa tamb\u00e9 certa mineralitat. \u00c9s llarg, intens i persistent. La varietat Chardonnay fermenta en b\u00f3tes de roure franc\u00e8s de segon any i la Pansa Blanca en tancs petits. Despr\u00e9s de quatre mesos es realitza el cupatge al qual se li aplica el m\u00e8tode tradicional amb una crian\u00e7a m\u00ednima de 36 mesos.
