Han estat moltes les persones que no s&#8217;han volgut perdre aquest acte, celebrat el dijous 21 de juny.<\/p>\n<p>La nova ginebra va ser concebuda fa un any, i s&#8217;han emprat pebres de tap de quart\u00ed de la collita dle 2017 que han estat macerant amb la ginebra durant 3 mesos. Cal destacar que els ginebrons s&#8217;han destil\u00b7lat a la f\u00e0brica de Dos Perellons i que s&#8217;ha acabat d&#8217;aromatitzar amb canyella. El resultat \u00e9s una ginebra molt especiada, que lliga perfectament amb la t\u00f2nica.<\/p>\n<p>El pebre tap de quart\u00ed \u00e9s aut\u00f2cton de Mallorca i als camps que gestiona Especias Cresp\u00ed es cultiva de manera ecol\u00f2gica. Es tracta del pebre bord tradicional per fer la sobrassada, un aliment que va estar a punt de desapar\u00e8ixer per\u00f2 que gr\u00e0cies a pagesos com Biel Torrens i empreses com Especias Cresp\u00ed s&#8217;ha pogut recuperar i valoritzar. De fet, Especias Cresp\u00ed n&#8217;ha elaborat altres productes, a part de vendre&#8217;l com a pebre bord, com per exemple cervesa o mesclat amb ametles.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a Dos Perellons, l&#8217;empresa ha arribat a la cinquena generaci\u00f3. Destaca per elaborar licors t\u00edpics de Mallorca com les herbes o el palo.
