Aquesta darrera varietat \u00e9s aut\u00f2ctona de la zona de la Conca de Barber\u00e0. De fet, el vi Cara nord Blanc 2017 pertany a la denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen\u00a0Conca de Barber\u00e0 que l&#8217;ha premiat com a millor vi blanc jove d&#8217;aquesta DO.<\/p>\n<p>Les vinyes d&#8217;on prov\u00e9 aquest vi estan cultivades en altura, fins a 800 metres, en una zona qualificada d&#8217;inter\u00e8s geol\u00f2gic. El cultiu es fa en sec\u00e0, de manera que en resulta un vi arom\u00e0tic, amb records de pinya i pruna verda. En boca \u00e9s \u00e0cid per\u00f2 equilibrat, amb un suau tacte envellutat. Es pot prendre sol, amb sif\u00f3 o, tamb\u00e9, amb t\u00f2nica.\u00a0Aquesta beguda s&#8217;obt\u00e9\u00a0a partir d\u2019alcohol, sucre, sucre caramel\u00b7litzat i plantes molt amargues.<\/p>\n<p>A Licors Moy\u00e0 fan servir una infusi\u00f3 d&#8217;escor\u00e7a de quina, arrels de genciana, camamil\u00b7la, ratlladures de llimona, nou moscada, herba llu\u00efsa i canyella. La beguda es va fer popular per combatre les febres tercianes que antigament castigaven la poblaci\u00f3 i que gr\u00e0cies a la genciana i a la quina que ajuden a paliar aquesta malaltia. Al nas es noten notes fresques de c\u00edtrics i de flors blanques, tamb\u00e9 de melicot\u00f3 i fruita blanca. \u00c9s un vi escum\u00f3s delicat que es recomana servir entre 8\u00ba i 10\u00ba graus.
