Va ser el dijous 13de setembre i ho ha fet amb l&#8217;equip de cuina del restaurant Veleria, liderat per\u00a0<strong>Noem\u00ed Cabrera<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Isabel Vera<\/strong>, i que amb un servei impecable ha servit plats com la versi\u00f3 d&#8217;oli i aigua amb figues, maridat amb la cervesa lager Grahame Pearce, elaborada a Sant Climent, juntament amb altres plats.<\/p>\n<p>De fet, les seg\u00fcents propostes es varen maridar amb els vins del celler Binifadet (Vi de la Terra Menorca), un tast que va dirigir el sommelier\u00a0<strong>Daniel Arias<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed, el canel\u00f3 de conill amb suc de pebres torrats i de conill es va tastar amb el Merluzo, un vi blanc jove i fresc, de color groc palla, elaborat amb ra\u00efms de Moscatell, Malvasia i Chardonnay. El seg\u00fcent pas fou la caldereta de llagosta tradicional, per a la qual Joan Bagur va recomanar sempre servir-la amb m\u00e9s llagostes femelles que mascles, perqu\u00e8 aporten m\u00e9s sabor i tenen una carn m\u00e9s blana. Aquest plat es va tastar amb el vi Binifadet Blanc 2017, un\u00a0 monovarietal de Chardonnay, que no passa per bota, d&#8217;un color groc m\u00e9s viu i una textura m\u00e9s greixosa i un final sed\u00f3s. Els formatges de Menorca foren els protagonistes del prepostre, juntament amb el Binnifadet Muscat Dol\u00e7, que va donar pas al pl\u00e0tan amb caramel, rom i panses, que es va tastar amb un vi dol\u00e7 negre, de la varietat Merlot, que va sorprendre els asssitents agradablement i que est\u00e0 12 mesos en bota i 5 anys en botella.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alejandro Garrido<\/strong>, director de l&#8217;Hotel Hesperia Villamil, on es troba el restaurant, i\u00a0<strong>Jon Anguera<\/strong>, subdirector y responsable d&#8217;Alimentaci\u00f3 i Begudes de l&#8217;hotel, exerciren d&#8217;amfitrions d&#8217;una vetlada que es va tancar amb els c\u00f2ctels d&#8217;autor de\u00a0<strong>Mat\u00edas Iriarte<\/strong>\u00a0(Ginbo, Chapeau), que va elaborar tres combinats amb Gin Xoriguer, com el Menorcan Gin (Xoriguer, t\u00f2nica, llimona y roman\u00ed, y crema de taronja), el Macarella Gimlet (Xoriguer, un cordial de llimona y herbes mediterr\u00e0nies i c\u00edtrics) i el Somera Menorquina (Xoriguer, ginger beer, c\u00edtrics i formatge de Menorca).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El cuiner\u00a0Joan Bagur\u00a0ha deixat Ciutadella i el seu restaurant Rels, Premi Restaurant Revelaci\u00f3 2017, per l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":22621,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[692,955],"tags":[],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-22615","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat","category-reportatges-i-novetats","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
