Es tracta de\u00a0<strong>Bodeguita<\/strong>, una fonda oberta a residents i a turistes situada a la\u00a0<strong>Pla\u00e7a Major<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Julia Holz \u00e9s la propietaria del restaurant Bodeguita i explica que hi ofereixen una carta variada amb preus econ\u00f2mics, especialment per als que optin per menjar dins el restaurant i no a la terrassa, ja que gaudiran d&#8217;un 20% de descompte.<\/p>\n<p>Per als fogons del restaurant Bodeguita, han apostat pel cuiner\u00a0<strong>\u00d3scar Font\u00e1n<\/strong>, anteriorment cuiner del restaurant Ca na Joana de G\u00e8nova (Palma), qui ha afirmat que oferiran una carta on hi seran presents les tapes i les paelles, com tamb\u00e9 per ingredients com el bacall\u00e0 i el corball, a m\u00e9s de l&#8217;anyell, la vedella gallega i els ib\u00e8rics.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la festa d&#8217;inauguraci\u00f3, celebrada l&#8217;11 d&#8217;octubre, es van tastar plats com\u00a0 la croqueta cruixent de pollastre confitat i nameco sobre explosius; la croqueta l\u00edquida de corball amb panko, l&#8217;esqueixada de tonyina i tom\u00e0tigues deshidratades i, finalment, els pebrots del piquillo farcits de coa de bou.
