{"id":22819,"date":"2018-10-17T17:14:28","date_gmt":"2018-10-17T15:14:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=22819"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:10:46","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:10:46","slug":"palma-celebra-el-dia-mundial-del-pa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/palma-celebra-el-dia-mundial-del-pa","title":{"rendered":"Palma celebra el Dia Mundial del Pa"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>La cita ha tengut lloc el dia 16 d&#8217;octubre a la pla\u00e7a del Mercat de l&#8217;Olivar<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La pla\u00e7a del Mercat de l&#8217;Olivar ha acollit un tast de pa popular, que l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers de les Illes Balears ha ofert gratu\u00eftament devers 50 kilos de pa moreno, que s&#8217;ha acompanyat de sobrassada, formatge, oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i pat\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>De fet, s&#8217;ha aprofitat l&#8217;ocasi\u00f3 per difondre la marca Pa d&#8217;Aqu\u00ed, forn i tradici\u00f3, que va ser creada per l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers i l\u2019IDI amb l&#8217;objectiu de valorar el pa tradicional d\u2019obrador i identificar-lo amb un producte de qualitat, saludable i de proximitat. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha donat a con\u00e8ixer els diferents pans tradicionals de les Balears com s\u00f3n el pa pag\u00e8s (blanc o moreno), el pa de xeixa, el llonguet, el panet d\u2019oli, a m\u00e9s de les galetes fortes, la galeta d\u2019oli, el c\u00f3c, la magraneta i la viena.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, a les Illes existeixen 282 forns tradicionals adherits a Pa d\u2019Aqu\u00ed. Un total de 217 es troben a Mallorca, 52 s\u00f3n a Menorca, mentre que a Eivissa n&#8217;hi ha 10 i 3 es troben a Formentera.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, el dimecres 17 hi haur\u00e0 una sessi\u00f3 amb el forner Roberto Juan, professor de l&#8217;Escola de Forners del Gremi de Flequers de Barcelona. Ser\u00e0 una sessi\u00f3 adre\u00e7ada a alumnes de forneria, pastisseri i cuina, i a professionals dels sector, que tendr\u00e0 lloc a l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears, d&#8217;11 a 13 hores.
