{"id":23077,"date":"2018-11-19T10:01:29","date_gmt":"2018-11-19T09:01:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=23077"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:10:52","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:10:52","slug":"la-pizzeria-vivaldi-de-portals-nous-millor-pizza-de-mallorca-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/la-pizzeria-vivaldi-de-portals-nous-millor-pizza-de-mallorca-2018","title":{"rendered":"La pizzeria Vivaldi de Portals Nous, Millor Pizza de Mallorca 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><em>Ha guanyat el concurs organitzat per Hijos de Ramon Oliver.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Fiorenzo Vivaldi<\/strong>, propietari de la pizzeria Vivaldi de Portals Nous (Calvi\u00e0), s&#8217;ha proclamat guanyador del II Concurs La Millor Pizza de Mallorca.\u00a0 El pizzer va cuinar la pizza\u00a0<strong>Mamma mia<\/strong>, elaborada amb\u00a0<em>speck<\/em>, un pernitl curat amb sal i fumat t\u00edpic del Tirol (It\u00e0lia),\u00a0<em>taleggio<\/em>, un formatge t\u00edpic de B\u00e8rgam (It\u00e0lia), i ceps de la varietat funghi porcini.\u00a0La seva elaboraci\u00f3 li ha servit per guanyar 1.500 euros en met\u00e0l\u00b7lic.<\/p>\n<p>En segon i tercer lloc, varen quedar Despr\u00e9s del vencedor, la nit tamb\u00e9 va distingir a dos premiats entre els pizzaiolos concursants. Es tracta dels guanyadors del 2n i 3r premi que van resultar ser la<strong>\u00a0Pizzeria Lounge Bar Tentazione de Palma<\/strong>\u00a0i la\u00a0<strong>Pizzeria El 44 de la Col\u00f2nia de Sant Jordi\u00a0<\/strong>(ses Salines), amb un premi de 750 \u20ac i 250 \u20ac, respectivament. Una dada curiosa \u00e9s que la pizza de l&#8217;establiment de ses Salines es va proclamar campiona de l&#8217;edici\u00f3 de 2017, mentre que l&#8217;elaborada pel restaurant palmes\u00e0 va obtenir l&#8217;any passat l&#8217;acc\u00e8ssit de Premi a la Millor Massa.<\/p>\n<p>La final s&#8217;ha celebrat el dijous, 15 de novembre, a l&#8217;antic Parc de Bombers del pol\u00edgon de Son Castell\u00f3.\u00a0La competici\u00f3 est\u00e0 impulsada per l&#8217;empresa centen\u00e0ria Hijos de Ramon Oliver.
