Roses<\/strong>, president de la Denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Origen, va destacar la traject\u00f2ria de les persones mereixedores d&#8217;aquests reconeixements. Es tracta de. Jaume Vich Peric\u00e0s de Ca sa Consellera, pag\u00e8s viny\u00f2vol, i Baltasar Bibiloni Llabr\u00e9s, compositor, pedagog i director de corals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pere Calafat<\/strong>, del celler Jaume de Puntir\u00f3, va dir de Jaume Vich que \u00e9s \u201cun pag\u00e8s amb una saviesa que ve de lluny, assolida a la seva infantesa amb el seu padr\u00ed i amb son pare i tamb\u00e9 amb altres pagesos nats a finals del segle XIX i principis del segle XX. Tot ell \u00e9s ara, un pou de coneixement de la pagesia pre-tur\u00edstica, de l\u2019agricultura pre-qu\u00edmica, de l\u2019agricultura de la vertadera Mallorca&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva part,\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 M, Natta<\/strong>, va fer un homenatge al seu mestre, Baltasar Bibiloni, comparant el vi amb la m\u00fasica, les aromes amb la melodia i l&#8217;estructura amb els acords; i va recon\u00e8ixer la gran tasca realitzada pel m\u00fasic i compositor, per la m\u00fasica popular, m\u00fasica coral, orat\u00f2ria&#8230;i la seva tasca docent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Antoni Noguera<\/strong>, batle de Palma,fou l&#8217;encarregat de tancar l&#8217;acte. Les seves paraules varen fer refer\u00e8ncia a un dels temes claus per l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma, la gastronomia, juntament amb la cultura. Els assistents entre els que es trobaven viticultors, vineters, autoritats locals i amics de la DO Binissalem, pogueren gaudir d&#8217;una visita guiada a Can Balaguer, un edifici d&#8217;indubtable inter\u00e8s arquitect\u00f2nic, amb elements molt destacables, que van des de l&#8217;\u00e8poca medieval, a la primera meitat del segle XX i que fou donat, a l&#8217;ajuntament, per la fam\u00edlia del m\u00fasic, Josep Balaguer Vall\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, com a promoci\u00f3 especial, els assistents pogueren obtenir el\u00a0<strong>Passaport de Enoturisme DO Binissalem<\/strong>,\u00a0 amb el qual es pret\u00e9n apropar la cultura del vi, les vinyes i els cellers al p\u00fablic resident. El document permet\u00a0visitar 3 cellers amb degustaci\u00f3 d&#8217;1 vi, per a 2 persones i la possibilitat de participar en un sorteig de 5 lots de 3 botelles de vi i 2 copes de la DO
