La cita, organitzada per\u00a0<strong>Gastroevents<\/strong>, una empresa dirigida pel mallorqu\u00ed Joan Arnau, desembarca a Mallorca despr\u00e9s d&#8217;estar 11 anys treballant amb cursos com aquests a Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>El curs de cuina se celebrar\u00e0 el proper\u00a0<strong>dimarts 22 de gener,<\/strong>\u00a0a les 13 hores, al restaurant Clandest\u00ed de Palma i t\u00e9 un preu de\u00a0<strong>109 euros<\/strong>\u00a0amb el qual hi ha incl\u00f2s el maridatge.\u00a0Les\u00a0<strong>places s\u00f3n limitades<\/strong>\u00a0i es poden adquirir a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.entradium.com\/\">www.entradium.com<\/a>\u00a0o al tel\u00e8fon 664 320 280.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jean Louis Neichel\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9s originari d&#8217;Estrasburg, per\u00f2 resideix a Catalunya. Va ser cap de cuina i director del restaurant El Bulli i amb ell va rebre la primera estrella Michelin. Despr\u00e9s va estar al capdavant del restaurant Neichel de Barcelona durant 35 anys, fins que es va retiri dels fogons. Al curs, l&#8217;acompanyar\u00e0\u00a0<strong>Jordi Morillo<\/strong>, que va ser cap de cuina al restaurant Neichel i actual copropietari del restaurant Hisop de Barcelona (1 estrella Michelin). El curs comptar\u00e0 amb la participaci\u00f3 dels embotits Can Company que oferir\u00e0 un aperitiu a trav\u00e9s del seu xarcuter,\u00a0<strong>Xesc Reina<\/strong>, Premi Innovaci\u00f3 en el certamen Girona Gastron\u00f2mica. Tamb\u00e9 comptar\u00e0 amb les postres del\u00a0<strong>Forn de Sant Francesc d&#8217;Inca<\/strong>\u00a0que oferir\u00e0 per tastar l&#8217;ensa\u00efmada que hi elaboren.<\/p>\n<p>Neichel i Morillo oferiran un\u00a0<em>choucroute\u00a0<\/em>d&#8217;Als\u00e0cia, la terra natal de Neichel, que s&#8217;acompanyar\u00e0 de diferents tipus de carn, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;una degustaci\u00f3 de\u00a0<strong>formatges de Munster<\/strong>.
