{"id":23449,"date":"2019-01-24T10:04:56","date_gmt":"2019-01-24T09:04:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=23449"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:13:13","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:13:13","slug":"inscripcions-en-marxa-del-ii-campionat-de-baristes-de-balears","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/inscripcions-en-marxa-del-ii-campionat-de-baristes-de-balears","title":{"rendered":"Inscripcions en marxa del II Campionat de Baristes de Balears"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Horeca acull la\u00a0<strong>segona edici\u00f3 del Campionat de Baristes de Balears<\/strong>\u00a0que t\u00e9 com a objectiu oferir un espai als baristes de les Illes Balears per treballar amb caf\u00e8 d&#8217;especialitat i donar a con\u00e8ixer les noves tend\u00e8ncies del m\u00f3n del caf\u00e8.<\/p>\n<p>Les finals tindran lloc dins el marc de la Fira Horeca que es far\u00e0 els dies 4, 5 i 6 de febrer de 2019 a Palma, al recinte Palma Arena.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta iniciativa pret\u00e9n ser una competici\u00f3 independent dels millors baristes i amateurs i, sobretot, pret\u00e9n ser una plataforma de coneixement, un punt de trobada entre professionals del sector, per crear un entorn amigable, familiar i entaular converses i relacions sobre el m\u00f3n del caf\u00e8 d&#8217;especialitat. Aix\u00ed mateix, tamb\u00e9 ser\u00e0 una exposici\u00f3 p\u00fablica del sector, de manera que es podr\u00e0 compartir al costat del p\u00fablic assistent una experi\u00e8ncia emocionant i creativa, i gaudir-la plegats.<\/p>\n<p>La competici\u00f3 admetr\u00e0 a tots els participants que es presentin dins el termini establert, gratu\u00eftament i, a m\u00e9s, rebran un record per participar-hi.<\/p>\n<p>Dia 30 de gener a les 17 hores a les instal\u00b7lacions d&#8217;<strong>Arabay Academy de Palma<\/strong>\u00a0-carrer Sindicat, 5- es faran les eliminat\u00f2ries per seleccionar els 8 millors baristes, que seran els finalistes i passaran a la gran final al campionat a la fira Horeca (5 i 6 de febrer a les 17 hores). Aquests finalistes participaran en dues semifinals de quatre seleccionats, on es classificaran dos guanyadors diaris per realitzar la gran final dels 4 afortunats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 he de fer per apuntar-m&#8217;hi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els participants es podran<strong>\u00a0inscriure com a m\u00e0xim el dia 28 de gener<\/strong>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;adre\u00e7a de correu:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@cafesbay.com\">info@cafesbay.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Per inscriure-s&#8217;hi correctament hauran d&#8217;enviar una fotografia actual i clara de perfil (selfie) on surti de fons el nom \/ marca del local el qual representar\u00e0 el participant i en la qual s&#8217;identifiqui perfectament a l&#8217;interessat.
