{"id":24030,"date":"2019-04-17T10:16:14","date_gmt":"2019-04-17T08:16:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=24030"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:13:34","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:13:34","slug":"campanya-de-micromecenatge-per-recuperar-lovella-roja-a-lalta-garrotxa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/campanya-de-micromecenatge-per-recuperar-lovella-roja-a-lalta-garrotxa","title":{"rendered":"Campanya de micromecenatge per recuperar l&#8217;ovella roja a l&#8217;Alta Garrotxa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A m\u00e9s d&#8217;editar llibres i discos, hi ha altres campanyes de micromecenatge que tenen a veure amb el sector primari com \u00e9s el cas del projecte de\u00a0<strong>Jordi Juanola i Costa<\/strong>\u00a0al web de\u00a0<strong>Tot Suma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest cas, es reivindica el\u00a0<strong>futur dels pastors a la muntanya a Catalunya<\/strong>, concretament a l&#8217;A<strong>lta Garrotxa<\/strong>\u00a0i la\u00a0<strong>Vall de Camprodon<\/strong>, on es troba la\u00a0<strong>Capallera\u00a0<\/strong>(Rocabruna), la darrera casa que t\u00e9 l\u2019ovella com a activitat principal.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s aconseguir reconvertir el ramat actual, de 400 ovelles de ra\u00e7a lacaune i ripollesa, en un\u00a0<strong>ramat d&#8217;ovella roja amb la compra de 80 ovelles i 5 xots<\/strong>. El motiu \u00e9s que la ra\u00e7a aut\u00f2ctona roja del Rossell\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 coneguda com andorrana, tot i no estar reconeguda per l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 al vessant sud del Pirineu, havia estat ben present per aquestes contrades i forma part del patrimoni hist\u00f2ric i cultural del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>El motiu \u00e9s que les ovelles roges s\u00f3n unes grans caminadores, r\u00fastiques i de bona producci\u00f3 lletera.
