Arellano<\/strong>, l&#8217;\u00fanic restaurant de les Illes Balears amb 2 estrelles Michelin, amb\u00a0<strong>Itziar Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>\u00a0de\u00a0<em>ma\u00eetre<\/em>; i el\u00a0<strong>restaurant Olivera<\/strong>, encap\u00e7alat pel cuiner\u00a0<strong>Pep Forteza i\u00a0<\/strong>el\u00a0<em>ma\u00eetre<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><strong>Roberto Gotelli,\u00a0<\/strong>que ofereixen una proposta culin\u00e0ria mediterr\u00e0nia d&#8217;alt nivell.<\/p>\n<p>La darrera sessi\u00f3 de<strong>\u00a0Castell Classics<\/strong>, celebrada el 17 d&#8217;agost, va comptar amb l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 de la pianista\u00a0<strong>Ann-Katrin Stocker<\/strong>, de la soprano<strong>\u00a0Olga Lulchynska<\/strong>\u00a0i del bariton\u00a0\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Konstantin Shushakov<\/strong>, tots tres gran promeses de la prestigiosa\u00a0<strong>Opernhaus Z\u00fcrich<\/strong>, que intepretaren peces \u00a0de Pucchini com &#8216;O mio babbino caro&#8217;, de Mozart com &#8216;La ci darem la mano&#8217; de\u00a0<em>Don Giovanni<\/em>\u00a0i &#8216;Pa-pa-pa&#8217;, de\u00a0<em>Die Zauberfl\u00f6te<\/em>, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;obres de Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Bizet i Rossini.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa al\u00a0<strong>men\u00fa<\/strong>, se serviren un ampli ventall d&#8217;entrants com la mousse de gaspatxo o la vieira amb\u00a0<em>cuanciale\u00a0<\/em>i escuma de carbonara.
