Es tracta dels forners\u00a0<strong>Joan Fornari<\/strong>\u00a0de\u00a0<strong>Forn i Pastisseria Gelabert\u00a0<\/strong>(Llub\u00ed),\u00a0<strong>Toni Gelabert i Jaume Gelabert\u00a0<\/strong>de la <strong>Pastisseria Real\u00a0<\/strong>(Palma), tots tres integrants de la marca de qualitat Pa d&#8217;Aqu\u00ed, i\u00a0<strong>Tomeu Arbona del Fornet de la Soca\u00a0<\/strong>(Palma), que ha estat l&#8217;\u00fanic representant de Balears en la ruta els anys 2017 i 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nom\u00e9s 80 forners de tot l&#8217;Estat formen part d&#8217;aquesta ruta<\/strong>, uns guardons que tamb\u00e9 tenen com a<strong>\u00a0premi una Estrella Dir Inform\u00e1tica<\/strong>. Segons explica l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3, la selecci\u00f3 es fa d&#8217;entre els millors forners de les Rutes de les Comunitats Auton\u00f2miques.
