L&#8217;acte ha tengut lloc el dimecres 18 de desembre i hi han participat elaboradors i comercialitzadors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joan Mayol<\/strong>, president del consell regulador Oli de Mallorca, ha comentat que la campanya d&#8217;enguany ha donat un\u00a0<strong>oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<\/strong>\u00a0d&#8217;una\u00a0<strong>qualitat excepcional<\/strong>, &#8220;un fet que demostra la bona feina dels nostres elaboradors, els quals any rere any s\u2019esforcen per millorar i innovar per oferir un producte diferenciat no nom\u00e9s per la seva proced\u00e8ncia, tamb\u00e9 per la seva excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Produir a Mallorca \u00e9s m\u00e9s car<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, Mayol ha lamentat que a\u00a0<strong>un producte tan b\u00e0sic a la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia<\/strong>\u00a0encara no se li dona la import\u00e0ncia que mereix dins la cistella de la compra i el preu continua manant per sobre de la qualitat i per damunt d\u2019altres aspectes com la proced\u00e8ncia. &#8220;Produir a Mallorca costa m\u00e9s,<strong>\u00a0la majoria som petits productors i les finques creixen m\u00e9s que les vendes<\/strong>, de manera que la denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019origen s\u2019ha d\u2019esfor\u00e7ar, tot i que sola no ho pot fer\u201d, ha afegit Mayol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nom\u00e9s es mant\u00e9 el paratge si \u00e9s productiu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 ha recordat que quan es parla de proced\u00e8ncia del producte va molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del patriotisme gastron\u00f2mic: &#8220;en realitat xerram de\u00a0<strong>sostenibilitat, de patrimoni natural i promoci\u00f3 de l\u2019economia local i de tot el que representa: jornals al camp, transport, comer\u00e7 local<\/strong>&#8230; I \u00e9s que no s\u2019ha de perdre de vista el fet de que l&#8217;\u00fanica de mantenir paratges agraris de gran valor natural i etnol\u00f2gic com els nostres olivars \u00e9s mantenir-los productius i aix\u00f2 \u00f2bviament passa per, una vegada al mercat,\u00a0<strong>triar producte local<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, ha fet\u00a0<strong>una crida a la implicaci\u00f3 dels sectors de la restauraci\u00f3 i hotelers<\/strong>, com tamb\u00e9 el\u00a0<strong>comprom\u00eds de les empreses<\/strong>\u00a0per arribar a aliances insulars en favor de l\u2019Oli de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Han assistit a l&#8217;acte Jos\u00e9 Hila,batle de Palma; Gabriel Torrens, director general d\u2019Agricultura i Pesca; i Joan Font, director insular de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica i Producte Local.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El consell regulador de la DO Oli de Mallorca ha presentat al Casal Solleric l\u2019oli novell&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":25639,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[692,955],"tags":[],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-25638","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat","category-reportatges-i-novetats"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
